Place was very clean and cozy with newly installed appliances and fixtures, felt safe and peaceful, nice little place to stay if you need to stay over in Kingston.

This was our second time staying at Fabian/Avadeen Place, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect for our needs—convenient, peaceful, and close to everything we wanted to explore. Fabian is a wonderful host. He was prompt in his responses and made us feel truly welcome. Upon our arrival, we were delighted to find fresh mangos waiting for us—such a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. The apartment itself is just as charming as we remembered: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It's clear that Fabian takes great pride in providing a top-notch experience for his guests. We're already looking forward to our next stay and highly recommend Fabian/Avadeen Place to anyone visiting the area!

A stay my friends and I will never forget. If you are looking to just get away from the city for a weekend, this is the place for you. We were checking in as a group of 5, with high hopes from the reviews deeming the place as a “life changing experience” and boy did Flutter house did exceed our expectations. The house is immediately felt like our home, a safe space. We were surrounded by beautiful flowers, a singing forest of trees (most beautiful bird songs woke us up every morning) and fresh crisp air. Amazing place for bird watchers and flora enthusiasts. A huge garden in the front to lay out in the grass to tan in morning and star gaze at night, as well as a cozy patio to chit chat over coffee. The house was very responsive, proactive and accurate in describing the home. They equipped us with tons of blankets and hot water to keep our entire group of 5, cozy for our entire stay. We hated leaving this haven in the Blue Mountains.

Staying at this Airbnb was a breath of fresh air! From the communication upon booking right down til I checked out, it was a dream! Howard was very responsive via the app and the woman (Ms. Meika) who helped out during my stay was outstanding. She was there every step of the way for my 3 day/2 night trip. She helped with check in, recommended local restaurants, showed us how to get to the concert we were in town for and helped us get ginger for my cousin who had a slight cold and needed some natural remedies. The space was very cozy! We wanted for nothing. There was a toaster oven, blender, and microwave so we were able to reheat our food, toast our bread for breakfast and even blend up the ginger to make ginger shots for my cousin. We felt right at home! The space was big for the two of us. The neighborhood was peaceful which we enjoyed. Everyone was kind and welcoming. It was less than a 10 minute drive to the field where the concert was happening so it was a blessing! Thank you!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Kingston. From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly gracious and responsive—with a warm and welcoming demeanor that truly made it feel like I was staying at a family member’s home. The space itself is beautiful—stylish, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with great flow and comfort in mind. It’s perfect for solo travelers. The pool and the view were stunning. While the gym equipment could use a little upgrading, it was still sufficient for a solid workout. The location is also a major plus—very central, with ample parking and helpful, attentive security who were also kind and accommodating. Overall, it was an exceptional experience. The host's attentiveness and willingness to resolve any issues promptly made the stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again!

Loved my stay in this house with a lovely energy and big green yard, located in a very nice, quiet, green neighbourhood, close to many restaurants and supermarkets in Liguanea. Mal is a superb host, very friendly, responsive, cool and always there to provide assistance. I will most definitely come back at my next visit in Kingston!

A slice of heaven. A rustic beach stay where the sounds of the waves crashing will lull you to sleep. Great water pressure in the bathroom, AC if needed, but nice cool breeze from the ocean. Keisha was a pleasure and always really responsive. As we loved our stay so much, we extended it TWICE!

Perfect Airbnb! We were 4 and it was the perfect amount of space for everyone to feel comfortable and at home! Everything was super clean and the kitchen is stocked with all the appliances you need if you want to cook/eat at Airbnb. There’s laundry and TVs in each room which made everything so comfortable. The community is gated and has security 24/7, the neighbors are quiet and calm too. The location was equal distance to everything! It was easy to get Ubers to and from Kingston (~15 mins away) which was a plus. There’s a KFC, supermarket and other food in walking distance. Theres also vendors outside the food areas who make smoked jerk chicken. The airport is under 10 mins away which is always a plus! The host was super responsive, friendly. One of his recommendations was ROK hotel (~12 min drive) for a pool day pass and it was worth it! It was all of our first time in Kingston and the host was super helpful in making sure we had the best stay. Look forward to staying again!!
