Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Yalova

This home in Fatih is a gem for large groups. There were 17 of us, and everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in with air conditioning and WiFi. There is a decent working kitchen in the lowest level, and kitchenettes on every floors. Be careful to coordinate water and major appliance usage, but otherwise a very comfortable and easy space to stay in. The building is less than a block from a beautiful small park with a playground and fountain, and steps away from numerous restaurants, shops, and hammams. The Blue Mosque is the closest major monument, and is about a 10-minute walk (uphill on the way there, which may slow your pace a bit). Hagia Sofia and Topkapi Palace are only a few additional minutes farther. The tram is about a 15-minute walk away, close to the Grand Bazaar.

We were actually given a different apartment/ house but just around the corner from one we had booked as there was a problem as previous guests had damaged the first one. Overall it worked out better for us as it didn’t have stairs to go upstairs etc and my friend who has trouble climbing stairs found this better for her. Check in was easy and instructions clear. Lovely place to stay and in walking distance to Moda sea front which is beautiful and lovely bars and restaurants and shops and ten mins walk to the ferries to the European side. We would come again! Had a very nice stay, felt at home. The place is the same as in the pictures and the house has all the amenities. The location of the place was very central and I was able to easily get around. Mr. Hakan was extremely friendly and constantly tried to help with my needs. One of the places I would consider staying again.

Everything was very nice, Mr. Atakan is an accessible, kind and helpful person. The house itself is beautiful, and the garden is wonderful. It was very nice to sit under the linden trees.

We had a fantastic stay at Azad’s place! The unit was spacious and comfortable for 4 adults and 4 small children. The location was perfect — a short walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, and a great park with a playground. There were also plenty of nearby restaurants and small shops for essentials. Azad was an exceptional host, arranging airport transport, meeting us late at night to show us the unit, checking in daily, and even providing thoughtful touches like a prayer rug and chocolates. One thing to note: the stairs inside and outside the unit are quite steep, which may be difficult for those with mobility issues. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

The house is wonderfully beautiful, you need to do your shopping before you come. The dirt road before you get home might scare you, but it's a short one. The house is spotless, from the barbecue area to the pool. It's a safe and beautiful place to stay. We had trouble with the market, we built a road 15 km closer for the butcher. Apart from that, everything was very nice

Clean and organized accommodation. Excellent neighbourhood with everything located within walking distance.

It is a nice house by the lake. A bit far from major supermarkets. The swimming pool is of good size. Very nice yard. The landlord doesn't speak much English but is very kind and nice. I like the place.

Turgay and Ferhat were always responsive to our questions, very kind and helpful. The place is nice and quiet, the pool has been a great part of our stay. I’m a yacht captain with 6 other crew members. This place was exactly what we needed to do our jobs here in Istanbul. I would recommend this place 100%

Cosy and very clean apartment in Moda! The location is excellent! Almost in the centre of Moda making it very easy to walk around and experience the city's Vibe! Hazar was an amazing host! Super friendly and always accessible for anything we needed!

We were super satisfied and would be happy to come back! Mohamed was very friendly and flexible, came extra to the apartment and showed us everything. In case of problems, he was immediately available. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment has a great location right by the sea and above the Istmarina Mall where there are great restaurants and shops. We will be happy to come back!

We had a very pleasant stay. We had a peaceful and quiet and beautiful day where we enjoyed the house without getting tired in the crowds of the island. We were always able to reach Ms. Yüce quickly before and after the stay. The house had most things that could be needed during the stay. We only thought there should have been supplies such as kitchen cloth, spare garbage bag, roll towels that were needed during the use of the kitchen, but we were still happy and satisfied. Our family had a truly wonderful time at this accommodation. All of us agreed — when we come back to Istanbul, we’d love to stay here again! At first, we couldn’t figure out how to unlock the door, but the host kindly guided us through a video call right away, and the issue was resolved immediately. And what can we say about the incredible terrace…! Listening to the cries of seagulls while watching the sun set behind the Topkapi Palace and mosques across the Bosphorus, or enjoying fresh fruit in the morning from the local market — just spending time on that terrace alone made us feel the joy of being in Istanbul. The location is in a lively part of town with lots of bars, and at night we could hear wonderful music from what we assume was a nearby music bar. Since we love music, we enjoyed that aspect too. (Though it might not be ideal for those who need total silence to sleep!) It’s close to the port, with easy access to the historic old city, and there are many delicious restaurants

Plui's flat was a perfect home away from home. Ours was a 3 month stay. Plui helped us get connected to needed local services (delivery). She was a pleasure to deal with. The unit is a very complete and comfy home - with a gentle and nice energy to it. The unit is located on the edge of a very active area in Kadikoy - close, but not too close. Plenty of local shops for the basics - close to transport and the Asian side airport. Would highly recommend and would stay there again. Thanks, Plui.!

Staying at Muhammed's apartment turns out to be one of the highlights we had when we were in Istanbul. The apartment is spacious, clean and tidy - not to mention that its location is supreme - very close to the top attractions in Istanbul. We would also like to thank for Muhammed's warm gesture for us to leave our luggage at the apartment given that no other guests were staying that evening. His responsiveness and good command of English made our stay at ease and comfort!
