Private deck with bathtub (usable in warm weather over 60°F/15°C). This house has an electric fireplace to warm up & AC to cool down. Full kitchen has stainless steel appliances. Bathroom has a walk-in tiled shower and heated towel rack. Upstairs bedroom has mountain views from the queen bed. A tranquil space in which to rejuvenate. Dog friendly!

This small vintage cottage is perfect for two people, It is located 5 minutes outside of town. It is centrally located about 1 hour from Boone NC, Asheville NC, and Johnson City TN. It is close to Mt Mitchell and Roan MT. There is hiking, biking, gem mining, tubing, rafting, fly fishing, or just sightseeing and relaxing in a small southern town. There are many craftsmen and potters in the area also. The property is a peaceful place to end your day of activities in the area.

The house is open and airy with a big picture window looking out into the forest. Good chance of seeing wild life at this property. Our lawn is beautifully landscaped with different varieties of flowers all season long. The 4 person hot tub that sits up on a deck. The property is very secluded and quiet, yet close to many fun things. Including whitewater rafting, gem mining, shopping, restaurants and the Biltmore Estate.
