Wonderful little spot, extremely clean air worked like a dream kitchen was well stocked with necessities and we were extremely happy with our stay! Host provided lots of information regarding the highlights nearby which was so helpful. We were looking for a stay last minute and were so grateful to the host for accommodating us! This is now my third air b and b, in the home of my father Puerto Rico. I am please with this home and highly recommend it to anyone looking to get away and have a place to call home.

The Vega Baja Beach House Sands Apartment was the perfect base for exploring Puerto Rico’s stunning north coast. Located at the end of a quiet, gated street, the area felt safe and serene, with beautifully maintained homes and gardens, and the beach entrance just steps away. The apartment was spotless and stylish, featuring a modern kitchen, spacious bathroom, and roomy bedrooms—each with its A/C unit. The rooftop was a standout, with lounge chairs, a grill, and a Jacuzzi. We especially appreciated the welcome bottle of wine from our thoughtful host, Francisco, who was always very responsive. Having access to a laundry room was a big convenience. The property is just six minutes from the gorgeous Playa de Puerto Nuevo and close to excellent seafood restaurants, while still offering quiet away from the crowds. This listing is on my favorites for Puerto Rico stays, and we are already planning to come back. We only ask the host to add beach chairs and beach Umbrellas to their inventory.

Conveniently located near the beach. Area is full of dining options and good security. Place was spotless and I have to say I got a sweeter deal than expected. Loved it!!

Was really satisfied with this home. It felt cozy and right at home. Communication with Fernan was great. Definitely recommend the place especially if you have a big family like ours. We were near the beaches and good food to eat around the area.

This home was even more beautiful than the photos. The peaceful location offered a true local experience, yet was only 10–15 minutes from major stores and stunning beaches. The sound of rain on the roof was incredibly calming, and the surrounding scenery was breathtaking, with friendly locals, horses, and hidden gems to explore. Restaurants nearby were excellent, many right by the water. The host was attentive, helpful, and welcoming. Truly a great value—I will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended we love the place

This Home has everything you need for a carefree vacation. The attention to detail was exceptional. Everything that was essential was at arms reach. We were able to comfortably fit a large family with room to spare. I would highly recommend this space for rental.

This was our first stay in Vega Baja and it was wonderful. 2 minutes from the beach, supermarket, restaurants, everything in walking distance. The apartment was clean, and had every single thing we needed. Not one complaint! Host was very responsive and helpful. Planning to stay again next time we are in town! Thank you for a great stay!

Excellent Host, went above and beyond!

We went with family and friends, I was able to celebrate my twins' birthday obviously I asked the owner for permission and he told me that if I could, other people could come in who I also asked for permission! Super spacious house 20 of 10

Connie was a great host!! Very quick to respond back. We had a situation with another rental property that we had originally rent out for out family vacation. Connie came through and was able to rent us out her place in a days time!!!! Very Grateful for that!!! The house was nice and comfortable for our family. Definitely had a great time with my wife! Falling asleep to waking up to hearing the ocean waves was Amazing experience! Seeing the sunset and sunrise was beautiful as well. I definitely recommend this place to any couple who is looking for a private and safe area get away or vacation. Host was very responsive and a great help with her recommendations. It was a home away from home for sure! My wife and I will reserve this again for our return again! I will give this place a 10/10!

We had such a lovely stay here. We were traveling with our 4 month old for the first time, and Dallas made it so easy. There was a crib set up (with sheets) ready to go. They also had a pack and play that had a bassinet attachment in the closet if we needed it. You truly can stop at the grocery store for some food/beverages, head to the place and then never leave it if you want - he has everything you need. We brought our baby monitor, so I was able to relax by the beach while my husband grilled dinner and it was absolutely relaxing. We come to PR very often and have stayed in many Airbnb’s and this is the first one I have ever said I would want to come to again and again.

Great place. Could see and hear the ocean from the apartment. WiFi worked but was a little spotty at times, it worked better from the deck. The stovetop was a little to be desired, cooking took longer than expected with the stovetop. A great place for the price.

Let’s start by saying that Yubal is a great host, always responsive and provides plenty of recommendations. The place is very comfortable and has all the amenities described and more. We had an amazing time doing excursions during the day and then relaxing on the hot tubs at the house during the night. Everything is really close including a convinient store 1 mins away and a beautiful beach 3 mins from the house. And let’s not forget about the local pizza place that treated us like family. I’ll recommend this Airbnb to anyone that want to go to PR for any reason. And Yubal is a great host they will make sure you have great experience.

Great location! Walkable to the beach, pool, and hotel amenities next door. Good instructions. Very clean and comfortable. Side note- There is no shade at the beach or pool, which is tough if you are super fair-skinned like me. A beach umbrella was provided, which was super nice, but even the slightest bit of wind caused it to invert and be unusable. So, you may want to bring a Shibumi with you in your luggage if you want shade on the beach. Also, be sure to bring your snorkel gear as you can see tropical fish in the water! The only slight drawback was no washer or dryer, but I was aware of this beforehand. I just think having that would have elevated the experience to a 10/10! Overall, would recommend a stay here! Thanks!
