The cottage accommodates 6 guests. The cottage is located in the immediate vicinity of ski trails, slopes and nature trails. From the large windows of the living room/kitchen, you can admire the mountain landscape and see the starry sky and the northern lights in the evenings. Distance to the slopes 1.4 km. Visitors can enjoy year-round activities: hiking, berry picking, fishing and kayaking in summer, with skiing just minutes away at Ylläs Ski Resort in winter. Hyvätasoinen Ski in – ski out -lomahuoneisto sijaitsee Ylläs Ski Resort hiihtokeskuksen ytimessä Ylläsjärvellä, 100 metrin päässä Ylläs1-gondolihissiltä ja 500 metrin päässä Länsiraja-hiihtohissiltä. Hiihtoladut lähtevät 200 metrin päästä. Huoneistossa majoittuu mukavasti 2-4 henkilöä. Huoneistosta avautuvat upeat näkymät Ylläsjärven suuntaan. Vuodevaatteet, pyyhkeet ja loppusiivous sisältyvät hintaan ajalla 1.11.-30.4. muuna ajankohtana vuokralainen hoitaa itse siivouksen siivouksen jne.

Villa in the heart of lapland

The cabin provides comfortable accommodation spaces and a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals after long days. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which has separable beds. Upstairs there's a large bunk beds, WC and a fold-out futon sofa for an extra bed. The sauna is located in a separate outdoor building, accessed through a glazed terrace. An outdoor fireplace is also situated on the terrace, where you can enjoy even the chilliest of evenings.

Beautiful, spacious and cosy lodge. Great location! Village centre and ski buss stop are in walking distance. Skiing tracks are nearby. Linen, towels and cleaning include the price! In the first floor there are one bedroom with double bed, kitchen area, sofa, sauna, bathroom, tv and fireplace. In the second floor there are tv area, sofa bed, one single bed and one double bed or two single beds. Spacious back terrace opens to the forest. There are one parking space with heating.

The villa is great for two families, multiple generations, or even a group of adults on an active holiday. The single-level villa has 4 bedrooms and two separate toilets.
