Separate toilet. Walking distance to the ski slopes, equipment rentals, restaurant services, nature trails, and Ylläs Bike Park. Excellent for families. Bed linens and final cleaning are included in the price.

A Ski-in&out apartment completed in 2023 with two bedrooms and easy access to the ski tracks and slopes, hiking and cycling trails. The apartment has modern amenities and bed linen and towels are included. Both bedrooms have a double bed and plenty of closet space, a private sauna that heats up quickly, a private ski storage room, and a bike storage and ski maintenance room in the building. Kolari railway station and Kittilä airport approx. 40 km away, with bus/taxi connections. Welcome❄️✨

Hyvätasoinen Ski in – ski out -lomahuoneisto sijaitsee Ylläs Ski Resort hiihtokeskuksen ytimessä Ylläsjärvellä, 100 metrin päässä Ylläs1-gondolihissiltä ja 500 metrin päässä Länsiraja-hiihtohissiltä. Hiihtoladut lähtevät 200 metrin päästä. Huoneistossa majoittuu mukavasti 2-4 henkilöä. Huoneistosta avautuvat upeat näkymät Ylläsjärven suuntaan. Completed in the fall of 2021, the cottage-like and cozy terraced apartment is an excellent base for holidays. The apartment has a central location, so you can easily reach shops, restaurants, safari companies and equipment rentals on foot. The airport and train bus will take you almost to the driveway. Ski bus stops are also just as close. The apartment is ideal for two and also works well for families. Linen and towel sets can be ordered separately for 20 e/person/booking.

Stay in a quiet area near the Ylläs mountain. We have a special proximity to nature, a slow pace of life, silence and a sense of locality. You can do activities at the property or easily go anywhere. Read the tips in Mia's guidebook! The yard is a former farm with two semi-detached houses. There are two huskies in the yard and the owner of the house has a reindeer farm a short distance away. There's a house on the other side of the road.
