Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Yogyakarta

Miss Salma place is very nice, i stayed with my family for 2 days and we all like to stayed there. i will defendently recommed this place and if i come to jogja i will book this place again

This place is worth the price, it has enough rooms for 8 persons, equipped kitchen and feels like home..

Awalnya mau nginep semalam aja, tapi pas sampai di homestay langsung pengen stay bermalam2 karena bersih dan hommie bangett. Dan yang paling penting disini selalu dibersihkan setiap hari.

We had a wonderful stay at Winarti's place. She provided a twice a week cleaner to come keep the place tidy. We had a little front porch where we could sit and have tea and enjoy the garden. The house was well-equipped and had enough AC minisplits to keep us cool, even during a heat wave. The house had plenty of hot water, and the shower was very good. The house is a town house in a gated community with a manned security gate. We were a short cab ride from everything. You can use Grab for cab rides, and it is very inexpensive and easy.

If you want a private peaceful area but not far from the center of the city, this place is the best. Bring a family with baby or toddler you will got peace of mind knowing the area is far from traffic but also not “remote”. There are nice cafe next to it, owned by the same person. My favorite local dish: miedes. Delicious, unique, and you can’t find it anywhere outside south jogja.

Rumah ini sangat nyaman, tenang, sejuk, bersih, rapih, dan tentunya fasilitas lengkap terdapat alat masak, dispenser, penanak nasi, alat makan, dapur, 2 kamar mandi yang dilengkapi water heater. Tersedia 3 kamar dengan tempat tidur yang banyak, bahkan terdapat extrabed juga tanpa biaya tambahan, rumah ini cukup hingga 8-10 orang dewasa. Ini rumah nyaman dan enak untuk staycation dengan keluarga dengan tenang dan nyaman.

Great choice for family or friends with 3 BRs, each with TV and bath, perfectly clean and well furnished. Probably the best Air B&B we’ve ever stayed in! Owner has also done a great job decorating and the place is convenient for the usual Jogja activities. We don’t know how you could beat this place for a short or even longer stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The house was exceptionally clean and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly felt like home. It was perfect for my family—my elderly parents were comfortable, and my kids had a blast playing congklak and badminton in the side yard. The host, Dian, was very accommodating. The WiFi was fast, which was great👍 Overall, it provided the perfect environment for relaxation and family bonding. I would definitely stay here again if I visited Yogyakarta. Highly recommend this place!

My stay at this apartment has been wonderful because the view is perfect; you can clearly see Mount Merapi from the window. The kitchen, toilets, and air conditioner were in good condition when we arrived, so there was nothing to complain about. I'm definitely going to come back when I visit Jogja next time.

Mas Agung sangat responsif, apartment juga sangat worth it utk keluarga sebanyak 6 orang.. ruang tamu luas, dan nyaman seperti dirumah sendiri.. Sekitar apartment juga banyak tempat makan, dan dekat mini market. Pastinya akan kembali kesana kalau ke Jogja bersama keluarga besar lagi.. Thanks!

The receptionist was very friendly and clearly explained all the instructions for the stay. The apartment is strategically located and easy to reach from many directions, which made following our itinerary simple. Free parking is available, so no worries about extra fees. The host was super responsive — some things had to be done manually, but they were always ready to help if anything was unclear. The facilities are complete: clean, well-maintained furniture, working AC and water heater, a fridge, dispenser, stove, and basic kitchenware. Wi-Fi was fast and stable, great for working or streaming. Plenty of power outlets too, so no need to bring an extension. Some parts of the interior looked a bit old, but everything worked properly and didn’t affect comfort. One of the best parts was the view — you could see Mount Merapi (if I’m not mistaken) right from the unit, especially beautiful in the morning. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay for a few days or a short getaway.

I stayed here for 2 nights. The host was very responsive from the moment I booked the room. The location is very close to The Alana Convention Center — you just need to cross from the tower.

I had a fantastic month here and was very glad of the choice. The apartment has nice views of the city, convenient motorbike parking, is close to loads of restaurants/warungs/cafes, is nice and spacious, is cleaned well and felt like home. I'll definitely look for it again if I'm back in town!

Tempatnya bagus! Bersih dan rapih.. hostnya juga ramah banget, request setrikaan juga lgsg disediain☺️ Cuma minus di wifi aja, sinyalnya kuat tp kadang suka ilang.. Tp overall oke banget!

The rooms fragrance is 👌🏼, nice view which is straight to merapi. The most thing I like is the wifi, super fast and no loading at all. It is really important and helpful for workers.. the host is also super responsive. Probably will stay here next time when im go to Jogja
