民宿錦園ー昭和時代の和室と明治時代の石蔵がある　一棟貸切

上个世纪二三十年代，小樽作为北海道第一大港，已取代函馆成为北海道的商业和金融中心。手宫则是当时小樽最繁华的区域，各种银行典当行林立。120年前，在现在锦园民宿的位置，建造了一间典当行，它的两座石仓库至今仍在锦园院内，仓库内还有大正时期的灯具完好存留。六十年前，民宿的前任主人接手了典当行，在石仓库之外延伸建造了这栋房子。2017年底，我们接手锦园，保留了它古朴的原本样子，包括昭和风格的和室，精心养护60多年的日式院子。整栋建筑拥有6间客房，可同时容纳15人以上入住，卫生间有3处，浴室2处不在客房内，部分客房的卫生间为公用，是典型的日式传统建筑，一楼有落地玻璃窗，窗外的日式庭院，春季开始各种名贵树种花儿争相绽放，庭院里的松树已经生长180年！步行15分钟就是手宫公园，无论春，夏，秋它都是一出风景优美，让人流连忘返的好去处！步行10分钟就是当地人垂钓的地方，徒步5分钟有早市和24小时超市。小樽站3号巴士站台有多辆巴士直达，只需10分钟即可到达，步行到运河也只有15分钟，夏季我们为您贴心准备了自行车，徒步5分钟有24小时超市，10分钟海边，运河，铁路发祥地等，早市。房东住在一楼管理间。
