This is a single rental villa with a dog run in Kiyokawa Village, the only village in Kanagawa. The Koayu River flows right next to it, and you can hear the pleasant sound of the river during your stay. From the large terrace connected to the living room of the fully renovated villa, the lawn and countryside spread out in front of you, creating a pleasant space. The BBQ, sauna, pizza pot, and fire pit, which were previously paid, are now all free of charge. Firewood is also free of charge. There are many popular spots nearby that are frequently featured on TV, such as Miyagase Dam, hot springs, Ogino Bread Factory, Hattori Ranch, cafes, and tree adventures.

Located at the walking distance from the most famous sightseeing spots such as Kuradukuri zone(old storehouse zone), Toki-no-kane, Hikawa Shrine etc.

The area has some parks and fields, and it's leisurely. I can introduce nearby shops. Please spend your time like traveling daily life.

Enjoy Japanese life in a traditional Japanese-style room. Family travelers are also welcome. You can rent one side of a two-family home, with 1F (entrance, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet) and 2F (6 tatami and 4.5 tatami Japanese-style rooms with private bedrooms) available for rent. There is one shared door between our house and yours, but it is always locked to prevent people from going between the houses.
