Beach house holiday rentals in York Beach

Staying at Diana's is a wonderful respite from the hustle and bustle of the summer beach crowd. The place was clean and had all the amenities of a home on a public beach. My 18-yr old nephew and senior citizen parents enjoyed the conveniences of the location.

We had a wonderful stay at 'Simple and Happy'. It was extremely clean and comfortable. There was nothing that we needed, everything was thought of and provided for. The decorations and ambiance was spectacular! We especially enjoyed sitting out on the back deck overlooking the marsh and watching the birds. Stephanie was an excellent host!

We came here for a private getaway on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The price was a bit much, but for such a special time I felt it was worth it at the time I booked, and worth it it certainly was. beautiful, quiet, serene, it was perfect for a getaway. I would absolutely recommend, and I already have, this stay. 10/10

My husband and I booked this place for a few days to get some time away together. It was perfect! The space is bright and inviting but also cozy and comfortable. We were a little nervous about the emphasis on being quiet but once you’re there, you appreciate the peaceful surroundings. Scott was very quick to respond to messages and was very friendly. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Julie’s beautiful home. Her home was even nicer than the pictures. Great kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Open layout so we can all converse no matter what we were doing. Beds were comfortable. But the outside stole the show. The upper deck was spacious and had great views. The hot tub was just what we needed. Then you walk down to the dock and there is enough space for everyone to lay out. Lots of kayaks and paddle boat. Had fun exploring and fishing the lake. Perfect home for families to come together and catch up!! Oh, and the lower level was perfect with ping pong, foosball and tv for late night fun!! Would recommend to anyone wanting to be in the lake region of NH.

We spent the weekend here catching up with friends and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The house was cozy and welcoming from the moment we arrived, with beautiful views all around. We’re so thankful we got to stay and make the most of it. There’s so much to do nearby, and it’s just a quick drive to Portsmouth, NH, which has so many great places to explore. Rachel also shared some fantastic recommendations that made our trip even better.

Accomodations exactly as shown in pictures. Kitchen is definitely well equipped with all of the essentials and more. Ice cream shop right next door is great and The Lobster Pound on the other side is excellent. You can walk to shops and restaurants downtown but we had no problem finding parking in the evening so we could enjoy the awesome restaurants.

Very nice place, everything was clean and smelling good, we felt right at home! Comfortable beds except the single one which we could feel the springs. Expensive parking everywhere near the beach, be advised, but free parking at the house. Everyone at the place was friendly. The only thing mmissing would be coffee pods, for the rest, everything was there!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house was perfect for our vacation. Plenty of room that everyone had their own space. The house is beautifully decorated, made you feel right at home. Comfortable seating found throughout inside and outside area. Teresa has thought of EVERYTHING, and it is available for you to use on your stay. The location is fantastic, a short walk to North Beach in a nice quiet residential neighborhood. We would highly recommend and would stay here again!

This was the perfect home base for exploring various parts of the Maine coast. Beds were comfy, and each room had a wall unit to make it the temperature you like. Our kids loved being upstairs in the 3 beds room and having their own space. WiFi worked great, and that was with 7 of us on it doing various things - adults working, kids streaming. Would definitely stay here again.

Susan was a truly wonderful host, so gracious, thoughtful and kind. Her home was perfect for my husband and 2 young boys. House was immaculately clean. Beds were super comfy, the 2nd floor rooms had plenty of space and my boys loved the bed nooks on the 3rd floor. We enjoyed the porch chairs at night. Beautiful beach was nearby, and Susan had all the beach items ready for us to enjoy. Lots of excellent dining options within a 5-10min drive and close to Ogunquit downtown. Susan left a book of local recommendations which included all the menus from local restaurants which we found helpful in deciding where to dine. Susan shared excellent recommendations on beaches and local activities and knows the area well. Location was perfect. We would love to come back, thank you so much Susan!

Jordanna’s place was beautiful and cozy! Perfect for a small family or girls trip up to 3 people. Place was spotless, lots to do in the area and will close proximity to Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Would go back anytime!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Lazy Lobster! A beautiful home, clean, large & perfect for a big group. Andrew was wonderful. He was always responsive & helpful! Plus the location was fantastic. We walked to breakfast, shops, the beach, dinner & bars everyday with no issues. We will definitely be coming back!

Great stay with our family of 6! Lots of space for everyone!

My husband and I have been vacationing in Wells for years. This is the first year we traveled to Wells around the holidays and the first time we used Air BnB. Beautiful time of year to see the lower coastline of Maine. The Air BnB on Atlantic Ave that David hosted is perfect. The atmosphere, location, beachfront, and a spacious patio/deck is amazing. The master bedroom has a remarkable view of the ocean and allows you to hear the sounds of the waves crashing onto the beach for that calm feeling. The town had their 39th annual holiday parade which did not disappoint. No question the Seafood in the area is stellar. Many small shops in the area and if you have time Portland is an hour away and they have a very eclectic scene. Kennebunkport, York, Ogunquit are all in driving distance, those towns are gorgeous as well. We love Wells Beach and everything seems to center around its location. Be advised that some of the local business may be closed due to being seasonal. Thank you David.

Beautiful spot for a quick getaway or longer vacation. Host was very responsive and sent clear instructions for check in and check out. Sent great recommendations for places close to the condo. Would definitely stay here again!

Charming home with plenty of space for our group. Enjoying cooking meals together in the kitchen, the expansive decks, and the ping pong table down in the basement!

Absolutely stunning home that has everything you need and wonderful common spaces to gather with your family both indoors and outdoors. The space was perfect for a stay with myself, my sister, mom, 2 cousins, and aunt. Will and the rest of his team were proactive communicators and happy to accommodate any requests we had - incredibly professional and friendly. The home was well located to things in York with a trail close by along the water which was lovely, and very peaceful surroundings. Everything was squeaky clean and it was clear the care and attention to detail they put into the home. We hope to come back as a family for a stay annually because we had such a wonderful time!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was gorgeous, with a great layout and a really well stocked kitchen (cooking and eating implements). It had plenty of space for our multi-generation family to spread out and spend time together. Everything was super clean and well labeled. The hosts were really responsive and accommodating as well. Location-wise it was also perfect for exploring York and Ogunquit. We will definitely be back!
