This Villa does not provide meals or ingredients. There are few places nearby where you can eat out at night, so you can cook your own meals. The kitchen is equipped with cooking appliances, utensils, dishes, etc. There are also several hot springs 10 minutes away by car. * BBQ in the garden from late April to early October.The cold is strictly not recommended at other times.The furnace in the garden is free to use.A set of BBQ supplies will be set up for you at ￥2,500.Bring your own free of charge. Not in rainy weather due to lack of roof. Yakiniku in the room is possible, but a special cleaning fee of ￥2000 will be charged separately.We will prepare the yakiniku plate as soon as you request it.

Beppu-wan Bay just in front of all rooms, Living-Dining, Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedrooms. Isolated from nearby houses. Perfect private resort house with huge Sakura and various fruit trees in backyard. Sunset from every room over the calm ocean. Beppu city night view is marvelous!! Relax in the Livingroom on hummocks in the afternoon. Enjoy wine, walk along the beach after breakfast. No noise at all but sound of breeze, waves, birds both from sea and garden.

My house located on quiet residential area and able to enjoy huge Outdoor Hot spring. Max capacity is up to 12 ppl :) 12 people are able to take hot spring at once if they squeeze in hot spring! I recommend take hot spring 4 ~ 6 ppl at once :) It's better to enjoy Hot spring :) My house "Toki" is located on quiet residential area. If weather is sunny day, I often saw walking with dog, kids play around that area. You can enjoy slow life time in Yufuin :)
