"Stay Romantic" means "staying in a romantic place." The owner is a painter from Gyeongju. He returned to the neighborhood where he lived as a child, built a two-story house, and wondered what to do with the first floor, and opened 'Stay Romantic'. The 37-pyeong space is simply decorated with 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious kitchen and living room. The capacity is up to 12 people. The living room and rooms are decorated with the owner's paintings, making you feel like you're in a gallery. The window facing south is a natural frame containing Gyeongju Namsan. The true nature of 'Stay Romantic' is in the outdoor space. The 1,150m2 site is filled with lawns, ponds, gardens, vegetable gardens, swings, long swings, and a simple swimming pool. In the distance, Mt. Namsan in Gyeongju, a mythical mountain, spreads like a folding screen, and right in front of you, the view of the field, which is different every season, is excellent. Chop the firewood into the owner's handmade furnace and bake the pork belly in the pot lid. Adding vegetables from the garden will be a fantastic experience.

About 5 minutes by car from the city, on a site of about 400 pyeong or more, there is a 30-pyeong rural house. With a large room, a middle room, and a small room, it is a spacious accommodation with a kitchen and living room structure that is not lacking for families or multiple guests. At the edge of the village, with a forest garden-like feeling, Namsan Mountain seen from the large window indoors, Mueungwangneung Royal Tombs that seems to be captured on a wide deck, a cool hanok view from a low wall, and a path behind the house where you can take a light walk along the Osulloc promenade, all in harmony with the sound of birds all day long, I think it is the best resting place away from the busy daily life. Spacious parking, in-house kitchen amenities, and separate barbecue facilities provide convenience and enjoyment to guests. In particular, the transportation is convenient with the city permit, and the tourist route is close, so it will be satisfactory as a base for a pleasant trip.

Stone-Lit House 2 Main House (150-year-old richest house)

Seokdeung House 2 is the main house of the richest family in Gyeongju, and is an accommodation with a well-preserved beauty of an old Korean traditional house. Enter through the large gate, pass through the beautiful garden, and pass through the second gate to connect to the main house. This property can accommodate up to 6 people, and has a large room (with a toilet for 4 people in the room), a small room (for 2 people), and a spacious floor. Please note that guests are responsible for any damage to the property or items during their stay. Since the accommodation of the three teams is in one building, please be considerate of each other so that there is no noise damage to other guests. We comply with the refund policy for any reason, including corona and weather. Please keep quiet after 10pm as there are residents in the village and guests in another building next door. Drinking, singing, and making loud noises beyond the limit will result in expulsion (non-refundable).

Gyeongju Traditional Hanok Pension Seoak Hall/Near Gyeongju Intercity Bus Terminal

This is a spacious, clean, and spacious house with a goodle room in a newly built traditional hanok house in 2019. It is convenient for sightseeing because it is about 15 minutes by car to major tourist attractions in Gyeongju city such as Chumseongdae, Gyeongju Eupseong, Donggung Oberwolji, Woljeonggyo, and Hwangnidan-gil. There is a large grocery store 10 minutes by car, so shopping is easy. There are Seorak Seowon, Muyeol Kingdom, and other Seorak Tumulus-guns nearby, and it's a 15-minute walk away, so it's a great place to take a walk. There's also a fun event for the old house concert held every Saturday in Seorak Seorak Seorak between April and October.

El Hanok Stay

El Hanok Stay was newly built as a private hanok guesthouse, which was opened in April 2023 after a year of remodeling construction by purchasing a 1975 house in May 2022. We tried to add more modern convenience while adding the style of hanok, and tried to add color by adding European style. It is located in the center of Hwangnidan-gil, and it is a location where you can travel to tourist attractions in Gyeongju such as Daereungwon (Cheonmachong), Cheomseongdae, Donggung and Wolji, and right next to it, there are restaurants (next to Cheongonchae) and cafes (olive) in Hwangnidan-gil.

At the foot of Seorodosan, a national park It shares a parking lot in front of Seorak Seowon, which was built in the 16th year of the Joseon Dynasty. In the back, there are the Taewongmuyeolwangmyeong and Kim Yu-shin Janggunmyeong of the Silla Samguk Unification, and the Silla Cultural Center, where you can feel the atmosphere of Silla culture. There is Hwangnidan-gil, the hot spot of Gyeongju, 5 minutes away, where you can heal your sightseeing and travel.
