We completly renovated our chalet in 2022 and took the opportunity to create an independent apartment on the ground floor to welcome our guests (own private entrance). It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom has a large queen sized bed, work area and a big wardrobe. The chalet is in the middle of a magnificent wooded area (6000m2) and is very calm and quiet environment. Spaces outside under trees to eat and enjoy relax moments :)

Comfortable, warm and quiet, it opens onto a private terrace where you can enjoy your meals in the company of two turtles. The bedroom and office are separate from the kitchen, shower and toilet. Our apartment is located on the ground floor of an old mill, located by the river. The hamlet is 2 km from Châtellerault Sud, highway exit, just before the Futuroscope. It's a very quiet place, surrounded by greenery and located by the river. The Vienne department is rich in tourist attractions. The apartment is quiet surrounded by greenery, warm and completely redone with nice amenities. The owners will be there to welcome guests

Enjoy a getaway, alone or as a couple, in this studio in the heart of Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine. You can enjoy the advantages of the city (all amenities within walking distance) AND the countryside (walks/hikes, troglodyte valley, one of the most beautiful villages in France a few km away, etc.). In the heart of Touraine and its castles, we are less than an hour from Futuroscope and Beauval Zoo. Free parking nearby.

The cottage overlooks and accesses the river, where swimming is possible. The hamlet is very peaceful, and the water is a great place to relax! A walk can be enjoyed from the cottage, along a path along the Vienne River. You can reach Chauvigny on foot or by bike along the trails. There are a few chickens on the grounds. Nightly rate: €52 without sheets + €8 sheets to be paid in advance if needed.
