Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Zaachila

An absolute gem of a place. It’s not cheap but it’s got to be one of the best places I have ever stayed in the world! And I’ve stayed all over. The rooms and space were stunning, the design immaculate, lots of personal touches (cake, fruit etc) and the food…oh my! I would go back again in a heartbeat.

It was our second time staying at Alans. All great and as described. The house is modern and well designed and area nice with some shops and a large kids playground nearby. Would def stay again

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. La casa es muy bonita, cómoda y bien cuidada, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa desde el primer momento. La alberca siempre estuvo a una temperatura perfecta, ideal para relajarse en cualquier momento del día. Gigi fue una anfitriona increíble, siempre atenta y al pendiente de cualquier detalle, lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún mejor—sin duda, una de las mejores (si no la mejor) que hemos tenido en Airbnb. La ubicación es muy conveniente: aunque no está en pleno centro, en coche hacíamos máximo 15 minutos para llegar. Definitivamente volveríamos. ¡Súper recomendado!

We had a lovely stay at Irma’s place! We loved walking through the beautiful courtyard garden everyday and being greeted by her very friendly cat and dog. The living space felt very homely and cozy, and it’s situated far enough away from the street that you don’t hear much traffic, it’s nice and peaceful. And lastly, it’s positioned in a fantastic location with great restaurants and cafes very nearby. Our favourite in particular is Muss Cafe, just two blocks away, and has an amazing rooftop. Muchas Gracias Irma!

This is by far one of the best air bnbs we have ever stayed at. The family that runs the casa are incredibly generous and friendly. They have a really yummy restaurant next door which we also would highly recommend. This was the highlight of our stay in Oaxaca. Wish we could have stayed longer. I stayed here for an extended period and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home itself is beautiful—thoughtfully arranged, clean, and cozy, with everything I needed for a long stay. It’s nestled in a peaceful, quiet location that allowed me to rest deeply and focus when I needed to. The surrounding area felt safe and serene, a true retreat. What made the stay exceptional, though, was the host. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and supported from the very beginning. Her kindness, attentiveness, and care made me feel not just like a guest, but genuinely welcomed. I’m incredibly grateful for both the space and the connection, and I would return in a heartbeat.

We had such a wonderful stay in Oaxaca. Alejandro, who lives next door, was an incredible resource and such a kind and thoughtful host. He really made us feel very well taken care of. For example, he arranged for taxis to take us to Monte Alban and to the airport. He made sure we were always well stocked with drinking water and that the house was regularly cleaned. The location of this Airbnb is incredible - walking distance to everything. The house is thoughtfully appointed, well designed and very comfortable. We would absolutely stay again.

Dr. Alejandro was very responsive. Chayo was delightful! She greeted us upon arriving to gave us the breakdown & gave us some local recommendations. The apartment is super walkable to anywhere. The only thing i didnt like (which is out of their control) is that the street itself doesnt have that much lights at night. It was super clean & the ac was perfect. Even got too cold at night. Hot water 24/7. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

My family and I were delighted with how convenient and wonderful the department was. It was great for my party of five and allowed us to wander around the city without worrying about the time. Everything is within walking distance! I can confidently say that my stay here was better than it has been at any hotel. I would book this again!

This is a great, spacious apartment in an absolutely ideal location! The check-in process was super easy, and the place was spotless. It’s much larger than expected, which made it a really comfortable stay. Taxi service was also arranged for us which was ideal. It did get quite hot inside (which seems typical for the area), but multiple fans were provided, which helped a lot. Initially, there was no hot water in the shower and the stove was out of gas, but the host was incredibly responsive. Both were fixed within 20 minutes of messaging him. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment and would happily stay again. A wonderful spot in the heart of everything

We had a lovely stay at Margarita’s place. The design is beautiful with every you need. It’s a little out of the hustle and bustle of central Oaxaca which was exactly what we were looking for. Still close to plenty of restaurants that felt more local than in the centre. Recommended!

Teresa’s casita was a perfect place to unwind and discover Oaxaca! It was conveniently located close to great neighborhoods, walking distance to restaurants, cafes and local happenings. Teresa was a wonderful host - she was responsive and gracious and checked in during our stay. The casita was sweet, and well appointed, and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Guadalupe's place for 5 days and it was excellent. It's got everything you need in a great home and is clean, beautifully decorated, in a wonderful, walkable location and was safe and cozy. Guadalupe helped arrange us a car to the airport, and was helpful, responsive and thoughtful with any small issues we had. We would definitely stay here again!

La ubicación es buena, a 20 minutos caminando del zócalo en línea recta, contar con dos habitaciones le da un plus, muebles muy bien cuidados, modernos, tiene un diseño lindo, con todo lo que puedes llegar a necesitar, hasta una Alexa tiene! Cómo sugerencias el refrigerador enfría poco, de todo la demás es muy agradable la estancia. Si lo recomiendo !

My friend and I stayed In La Dulceria for our five days in Oaxaca, it was a beautiful little oasis in the city. She was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly walkable into town but recommend the blocks around for exploring!

Leticia was an excellent host. Her love of Oaxaca is evident in her sharing all the things to do in this unique city. She provided a lot of information directly to her guests, which included, restaurant suggestions, landmarks to make sure are on your list, updating you of festivals occurring during your stay and details about the markets which offer something to everyone. Loved staying here. Felt private, yet close to the main hub of centro. Great WiFi, weekly cleaning service (I stayed for one month), and a very responsive host. I had a very nice stay here. 🙂

For those that only read the first line of reviews , simply put we found this home perfect. Now if you are still reading we will tell you that the attention we received from our host was top notch. Constanza and Clara communicated through the app so well . When we wanted a more personal communication they meet us face to face. . We learned so much about the culture of the city and some spots we would never of found in a guide book or google searches. The home itself was as described and the plants throughout the courtyard were beautiful and soothing. Picking this location for your trip is something you will not regret

Zanduga was amazing. Abdiel was very responsive and was quick to help with whatever we needed. the communal areas were great for sitting around and playing cards and the pool was a nice extra to end the day after walking all around the city. The leave apartment is cozy and great for couples or family families . would recommend to anyone

Great location, quiet but walking distance to zocalo. Great local market for shopping a couple blocks behind the Airbnb. The Airbnb was even better than the pictures, well-stocked spacious kitchen, AC in the bedroom, and beautiful terrace. The wifi was also great for working.

El lugar es agradable y la atención fue muy buena. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia aquí.

Host súper atenta. La ubicaciones es bastante buena. La casa tienes espacios y utilidades que nos encantaron. Muy bonita ciudad y sitios históricos.

Mi estadia en el departamento de Cecilia fue excelente. Muy calida y amable me permitio hacer el checkin un rato antes del horario. Esta muy cerca del centro/zocalo de oaxaca te podes mover caminando sin problemas. El dpto tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estadia. La calle Zaragoza es muy transitada y bulliciosa pero por la noche se tranquiliza, el ventilador ayuda mucho en los dias calidos de Oaxaca. La cama es muy comoda. Recomiendo este alojamiento sin dudarlo!
