We loved our stay at Ivana’s place. A very clean, spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea and a private beach! A short drive to great restaurants and Paklenecia NP! Ivana was a great host, very kind and communicative. Highly recommend.

Iva's place is a real home from home - there was everything you could possibly need for a holiday. The apartment is spacious but cosy. The kitchen is really well stocked, with plenty of pots and pans, plates, cups and utensils. Having a washing machine was a great bonus - as was the lovely deep bath. The balcony gets the sun all day. As others have said, there are a few bars on the street below which are noisy until after 1am. I am a light sleeper and I wear earplugs every night and it did still disturb me somewhat, but my husband (who doesn't use earplugs) slept absolutely fine. Other than that the location is perfect - bang in the centre of town, close to shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets, the sea front (unmissable at sunset) and there's a nice park right next door which is great for a shady run. Iva is a great host, very responsive. the apartment is very secure with locked gates and a key card for the lift. We had a lovely time here - thank you Iva!

Spacious, bright and pleasantly furnished room with kitchenette and bathroom. Everything is clean and well-maintained. Kitchen equipment (fridge, microwave, induction hob, dishes) is sufficient. I would only add a kettle to boil water for tea. The bathroom is large with a large, comfortable shower cabin. There is a tree just outside the window, which additionally shields from the sun and makes the room more cozy. The location is very good. It's supposed to be the center, but it's quiet and peaceful. Three minutes from the bus to the airport. Contacting the host went smoothly. Josip was always kind and helpful and responded quickly to messages.

2-day stay in toni's apartment in June. Well-maintained place, clean terrace with sea view. Direct private access to the sea with deckchair. Beautiful view. Beautiful discovery. Toni is very responsive and responds immediately to messages.

Incredibly beautiful! The house has everything you need. Above all, it is very clean. The terrace and the view of the sea are unique. Communication is very friendly, straightforward and fast. But the location is unbeatable. You only go a few steps from the accommodation and you are at the sea and all to yourself. You are not forced to interact with others here. However, if you have any questions, you can always contact the host's very courteous father. (Lives in the next house). If you are looking for a quiet vacation, without crowds, with great views, this is definitely the right place. Absolute recommendation!

The place was great. The beach was fantastic, the pool was good, but unfortunately the lady who is probably responsible for the bar there was very rude. Children were not allowed to play in the pool, also communication with the lady who monitored the whole thing was not possible because she didn't understand a word of English. The only language that understands the fun brake is coratic. I correct you master the word no in english. Other visitors felt the same way. Otherwise, you can definitely recommend the accommodation.

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

We spent a wonderful week here as a group of 3 adults and 4 kids, and there was more than enough space for everyone. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with all furniture and appliances in great condition. The location is peaceful, with the beach just about a 10-minute walk away (15 if you're walking with little ones). The beach itself is very clean and not crowded. The swimming pool was a big hit with the kids, and they also loved the trampoline. There's also a beautiful walking trail nearby, perfect for morning strolls. We would recommend renting a car during your stay, as grocery shopping and getting around without one can be a bit inconvenient. Overall, a great place for a family holiday!

An Unforgettable Stay at Villa Dekorti ! We were a group of 6 friends who stayed at Villa Dekorti for 5 days. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and precisely matched the photos, if not even better. Everything was spotless, and there was nothing to fault. The villa boasted a stunning view of the sea and was just a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly convenient. Two small shops and several restaurants were located nearby, easily accessible on foot. Lovre Ivkovic was an exceptionally kind and helpful individual. He promptly provided accurate responses to our questions and was quick to address any concerns. On our first day, he warmly welcomed us and offered a bunch of great suggestions for activities. Each day spent in this villa was a true delight, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to stay in one of your provided accommodations once again.

We had a lovely, relaxing stay. Pool was fantastic, views of the sunset from the balcony every evening stunning. Just a few minutes from the sea. Brilliant place, wish we could have stayed longer

The place was great. Contact was very good. Check-in/check-out hassle-free. The location is great, 1 min to the sea with beautiful clear water. Minor “issues” were resolved right away. For example, the gas bottle for grilling was empty, we immediately got a new one the next day. Great! It was a pity that the awning was missing on the terrace, so it was very warm there during the day, so we put an umbrella from the pool on the terrace. It was also a pity that (as I think) the cleaning ladies really dispose of everything or take it with them. As a result, the kitchen is completely empty. No spices, no oil/vinegar, no pepper/salt….. Normally, I am used to the kitchen having a small basic equipment, or unused food from the previous owner remaining in the apartment. No reason to deduct a star for that :)! Maybe a suggestion for improvement for the future. Still 10/10. Thank you!

This is one of the best Airbnbs that we’ve ever stayed at! Firstly, the host was communicative and met us in person — even helped with taking our luggage up, accompanied us to the parking garage, and provided lovely recommendations for nearby restaurants. We asked for beach towels and they provided them. Secondly, the Airbnb itself is SPOTLESSLY clean, modern, and so comfy. We were planning to take a day trip out of Zadar, but decided to stay in instead and enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony and very short walk to the old town, where the infamous sea organ and sun installation are. The kitchen is AMAZING and well-equipped — all the appliances, utensils, and kitchenware were so new. There are a couple of grocery stores within a 5-minute walking radius. Easy 5* stay!

Great place to stay in Zadar! Walking distance to the Old Town, the location is just perfect! Antonia’s place has all the amenities you need, it’s very clean and the host is very responsive. I would definitely choose this place again!

Everything you need is nearby: sea with pebble beach, shopping and you only need 30 minutes on foot to the old town. Petar was very easy and quick to reach for local tips and information. The furnishings in the accommodation are limited to the bare minimum. You should therefore not plan to cook extravagant food. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the place.

This was a beautiful, well-connected and resourced apartment. Igor was the perfect host: he helped us from start to finish and was always very responsive. The view from the apartment is amazing, just be aware that you have to climb up quite a few stairs to see it! The location of the apartment is very convenient, and is a maximum 10 minute walk from all of the sights of Zadar. Igor also provided some nice recommendations for the city too. I would definitely recommend this apartment and Igor as a host! 😊

Suzana and her apartment were perfect in every way. Located in the heart of Old Town Zadar, it is walking distance to absolutely everything you want to see or do. Great restaurants everywhere, lots of street food places, and great little sidewalk cafes to grab a coffee or drink. Suzana responds to messages quickly and makes good suggestions. Our visit could not have been better.
