Tiene una gran parcela independiente y vallada completamente, de lo que fué las Quintas de Luna. No comparte NADA con otros alojamientos, y permite dejar niños o perro, solos tranquilamente, pues no se pueden salir. Es tranquilo, se ve y se puede wscuchar la carretera local, y el carril bici que va desde Conil hasta los Caños, entre la arboleda a unos 800m.
