Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Zambia

This is by far the nicest location I’ve ever stayed at in the entire world. The home itself is beautiful and ideal for larger groups/families. It’s immaculately well kept, the bathrooms are clean and newly renovated, the large open concept kitchen/living area is beautifully appointed. The outdoor space is just as incredible, and well kept and looked after by the gardener and guard on staff. Sarah is truly a world class host with lots of local recommendations and comprehensive knowledge of what to do around Livingstone. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing luxurious stay with a bit of rustic charm sprinkled on top.

Great location. Everything is a short drive away especially East Park Mall, Manda Hill Mall and a variety of restaurants. There is a communal kitchen. However, due to the power outages, this probably your best option for Airbnb. There are solar panels so you don't feel the power outages as much. I will add the staff present are helpful and if there's anything they can't sort out, Kevin does.

I would stay here again! I’ve already recommended the listing to my friends. The house felt safe, is part of a quaint community of town houses. The house was modern, clean, and comfortable.

Emily's house was the perfect base for us in the south of Lusaka. Beautiful garden area, extremely spacious rooms and kitchen - even solar back up power. Very easy and kind communication. Highly recommended!

Our stay couldn't have been more spectacular. It was a perfect balance of being within close proximity to Leopard Hill's top restaurants/markets and the serenity of being out at a world-class African bush lodge. The interiors were absolutely beautiful, the house was pristine and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Linda was communicative, provided guidance as needed, and was responsive on-demand. I couldn't have ask for a more wonderful place to stay, everyone was truly above and beyond!

Has a brilliant stay at Margrets place, she is a fabulous host and very responsive! Also from the cleaners to Joel, Margret has a great team and everything is organise! Looking is perfect 5 minute drive to twin Palm mall, 5 minute walk to Grand daddies if your looking for something to eat. When I next come to Lusaka, I will not be choosing another air b&b host I’ll be coming straight back to Margaret’s place. 10/10 for me and I would defintely advice guests to stay at their beautiful home . Everything was great! Brenda was very attentive and responded in a timely manner. I spent 23 days in Kingsland and the staff made me feel like family. The place was very secure. A special thanks to Brenda, the women that serviced the apartment & especially Mr. Shedrack the grounds keeper.

Really nice Airbnb, clean inside and out, with security. Host is very responsive and considerate as our check in was quite late. Nicely decorated, would definitely visit again. Things to note: location - you will need a car to get around which we did have but may be difficult if you don’t. property - the property is one of six in the same yard but is spacious for privacy. electricity - the property has a generator / solar panels and a gas stove which was useful when load shedding occurred.

The apartment is spotless, conveniently located, and the check-in process was seamless. Mwape is always available and responsive.

I highly recommend anyone looking for short or long stay accommodation to really try Grace's place. the apartments are clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with basic amenities a traveller may need. Grace is a wonderful host, very responsive, accommodating and flexible. Her house keepers are also on the premises, and always on hand to help when need arrises. i honestly have nothing negative to say, and I look forward to coming back for a longer stay.

We absolutely loved our staycation here . It’s very rare to find an Air bnb that put in the extra effort to ensure you have a hotel experience while at the same time ensuring it feels like home. The place was very clean, well-maintained, and peaceful, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor area with the pool was a highlight. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a comfortable and serene experience. We will definitely be returning!

The house is spotless, well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, and incredibly comfortable. The owners are amazing — kind, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ivy's place. The apartment was exceptionally clean, and the daily housekeeping service was outstanding. The property is managed by a team of responsive and easily accessible ladies, which added to the comfort of the stay. One of the standout features is the availability of 24/7 electricity, a major advantage in a country where load-shedding is common, especially for international visitors. The beautiful gardens surrounding the apartment add to its charm, creating a serene and relaxing environment. The apartment is well-equipped with a DSTV decoder, offering great entertainment options for TV lovers. Additionally, WiFi is provided at no extra cost. However, I am unsure if the connection is strong enough to support video calls. The only downside is the presence of mosquitoes in the area. While the host provided insect repellent, it wasn't sufficient to keep them away entirely. Including mosquito nets could significantly help.

The property is very nice, comfortable, clean. Excellent security and internet. 4km away from a modern shopping mall - Lewanika. Above all the host is exceptionally friendly, the best I have seen. I am looking forward to coming back again

Phoebe, Brian and the rest of the family were great hosts who were very welcoming and friendly, always keen to ensure we were comfortable and lacked nothing. They supplied fresh fruit and yoghurt on arrival and smoked chicken sausages one evening. The farm house style guest wing was adequately furnished and situated in a lovely green garden complete with swimming pool. It was a very peaceful environment. A word of warning to those relying on Google maps to direct them to the location. It led us by a route through a neighbour's yard which was blocked off by a fence. But Phoebe was on hand by phone to help direct us. Despite the acute Zesco lead shedding while we were there Phobe was able to ensure that we had fans and lights etc t from alternative power sources. We would definitely recommend Phoebe's place to other Airbnb users.
