Mario is a great host and the home is in the dead center of town. Restaurants are within walking distance and the home is safe and secure.

Un lugar cómodo, amplio y muy tranquila la zona para descansar y pasar en familia. Junto a un parque muy hermoso.

My 2 friends and I thought it was perfect. Eddy, Martha’s husband, stood outside to make sure the taxi driver (from another city where airport is) could find the location. Mercado in a square about 3 blocks away, Tia a little farther but certainly walkable. We found great restaurants (Dumas) and coffee shops (Kawah) all within 10 minutes. Botanical and huge city garden were a cheap taxi ride away (around $3 each) Great instructions and information about condo, area and how to operate the TV. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Loja. Our stay was so delightful, house wash spotless,beds were very comfortable, good location. Even a roof top sitting area. Washer available with line drying too.

Martha’s place is a true gem 💎 in the city of Loja. Clean, comfortable, safe and within walking distance to everything you need. So many restaurants and pastry shops to choose from. Easy to find with clear instructions for check in. Martha is very fast with responding to any questions you may have. The garden upstairs is amazing and Martha is so generous in sharing it with you while you stay. Lettuce, chives, limes and strawberries to name a few items you could take. She has a clean and organized laundry room too. It is a city neighborhood with a school right across the street so expect some noise but it quiets down at night. You must visit Donald’s Pan on the corner Azuay and Olmedo. We loved our stay and Martha’s place and hope to return on our next visit to Loja❣️

Muy limpio y ordenado, tiene todo lo necesario para hospedarse. Cerca de centros comerciales y parques.

Es un bonito lugar No está muy lejos del centro Es una zona residencial Tuve un poco de confusión con las calles pero Sergio me ayudó a ubicarme Pulcro y concreto en todo lo descrito por el anfitrión Volvería a alquilarlo

Muy bien todo. Cuenta con parqueadero privado. Buena ubicación. Es un poco frío por lo que queda en planta baja. Por el resto excelente.

Una excelente opción en Loja, muy cerca del centro para llegar caminando, y en un lugar tranquilo residencial. Cuenta con algunas opciones para comer alrededor. El departamento y mobiliario es nuevo y cuenta con todo lo requerido para una buena estadía. Es en un cuarto piso, por lo que hay buena vista a la ciudad y cuenta con ascensor.

El alojamiento cumple con la descripción, zona segura y muy cerca de todo. Daniel fue muy atento y legal ya que me aviso de que se me había quedado algo y me ayudo a solucionarlo. En general muy recomendable.

Estuvo perfecto, Luis súper acertado con cada una de las indicaciones. lugar muy tranquilo súper seguro y de fácil acceso. La limpieza 10/10, nos dejó todo a la mano. sin duda alguna una de las mejores estadías que he tenido en Airbnb ¡GRACIAS LUIS!

We enjoyed our stay at Vanessa’s place. Communication was easy. She greeted us upon arrival and when we checked out. The home is spacious and clean. The location is convenient to the park and only a 10 minute walk to downtown. The only thing to take note of is that there are stairs which was a little difficult since we were traveling with a child.
