Holiday rentals with beach access in Západočeský kraj

We felt very comfortable as a family of 4 from the beginning. Peter and Peggy are really nice people and the cozy apartment is far above average equipped. There was even a real chef's knife and finally a reasonable amount of cotton swabs! The furnishings are well thought out, up to door stops on doors that would like to fall off. Absolutely recommended!

The house is wonderfully idyllic, located directly on the water. It was very quiet during the day and at night. Apartment very modern, everything very clean, kitchen very well equipped, beds very comfortable, washing machine in the apartment at your disposal.... I can't describe any negative things, our stay was consistently perfect. We will be happy to come back!

Great location, friendly hosts!

The place was very clean and has a good location. You can walk to the dam. Mr. Greiner was very friendly and the children were allowed to feed the fish in the pond. The amenities were simple, but we had everything we needed. The garden and terrace invite you to linger. The communication went smoothly.

We felt very comfortable. Everything sparkling clean! It was a real wow factor when we entered the apartment. We loved the communication and helpfulness. The location close to the lake is also nice. I don't know if it was in the description, but maybe good to know: There were only 2 double beds (beautiful with great views) and 1 single bed in one of the bedrooms in a niche. If you have clairvoyance, it's not so optimal. And then there was a kind of mattress storage with 4 mattresses directly on the floor upstairs, which can be reached via a quite steep staircase. OK for one night, otherwise rather unfavorable for adults. As a children's warehouse, it may be very fun and cozy. In any case, thank you for the wonderful short stay. Would definitely recommend.

It was the most peaceful and quiet accommodation I've ever experienced in all the Airbnb accommodations. We came to Cesky Krumlov after sightseeing in Prague, where we stayed for 2 nights. I was captivated by the serene lakeside walks every morning and the golden sunset every evening. Thanks to this accommodation, I wanted to come to the Czech Republic again. The newly built building, the beautiful scenery, and all the amenities were great during my stay. I was worried because there were no reviews, but we said it was our second stay. I recommend it. However, we may have been free because we rented a car. Thank you for Martin and Erica's kindness and response!

We had an incredible time, with beautiful surroundings - really calm and peaceful right by the lake. Apartment is well equipped, everything you need for cooking and even all sorts of toiletries. There's so much to see and do in the area, we stayed for one week and could have easily stayed longer. A real gem, highly recommend Jan's place to explore this corner of Czech.

despite we only had constant rain, we had a nice stay. Vladimir gave us tips for indoor activities. Communication was very nice. Nice view.

Jiri was always very helpful when we had questions, he immediately answered and helped us. We were able to check in earlier and he also gave us the freedom to choose when we wanted to check out. We were completely satisfied, a very nice house with a great garden for the dogs and right on the lake. That was not our last visit! :)

A great family vacation. The house is great. In the kitchen is everything that is needed. The beds freshly made, everything clean. The electrical appliances all work perfectly.

We absolutely loved staying at Tereza’s place! It was the most beautiful location with stunning views of the river! The house was perfect for myself and my family, it was clean (smelt beautiful) and well equipped. Tereza was a perfect host, so helpful, friendly and kind! Very satisfied. The location and the garden were even better than the photos suggest, you are actually after 50 meters directly on the lake (if you walk through the adjacent campsite). The three of us got a little tight in the cabin, but that doesn't bother you in the summer.

Communication with the host was very good. The house had everything you needed. Everything was very cozy and clean. The large terrace with direct view of the lake was great. For cold days, there is also a fireplace in the living room and in the boathouse. The environment is wonderfully green and provides the necessary relaxation. The sauna is very spacious and heats up quickly. There are private parking spaces directly at the house.

The stay went perfectly well and we really enjoyed it. I can only recommend the place to others, and we will definitely use it in the future if there is a chance to do so again.

Nice apartment to spend some time on the lake.

The place looks exactly how it is described and the instructions were great. Communication with Alexandr was easy and smooth. My entire stay was comfortable and clean. I didn't have any issues with the place. The only drawback for me personally was that it was far away from the city centre, nearly 40 mins by tram and metro. Other than that, I would say it is a nice neighborhood.

Our stay also had business reasons, so the proximity to the city center was important to us. The apartment is also a great starting point for walks by the water and motorized excursions in the area.
