The historic, atmospheric, year-round country house can accommodate up to 10 people and offers two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room with a large table, a sofa bed, and a TV, an intimate terrace with a grill, and its own fenced backyard. The house is directly adjacent to the Stables and 20 hectares of green areas with ponds, miniZoo or pastures. It's a great base for exploring the area and a quiet chillout

Villa Party is a great place to relax outside the city in a larger group or a family reunion. The house is located in a quiet area and has a very large garden and a stocked pond where you can also swim. There are plenty of forest areas around for everyday walks or bike tours. It is also possible to organize kayaking on one of several local rivers. The villa is located about 40 minutes by car from Łódź. The nearest town is Zduńska Wola.
