The house was built 300 years ago as a rectory. It is in the middle of the historic old town. Villa-Larix is a wooden house with a very special living ambience. We built the wooden house to live healthy living and limited to the essentials in a relaxing location. Most of the materials come from Germany and some oak woods even come from our own Upper Lusatian Forest. You can admire the sunset directly on the lake and really relax. Please note that you currently have to expect construction site noise at a distance of about 150 m.

welcome to the cottage for a loving couple. This small space is overflowing with the smell of wood and growing around shrubs and pine trees. Regular guests of the surrounding fields are deer and a large number of different species of birds. There is unlimited internet access. Highly recommend !!!
