Excellent apartment at a reasonable price. The metro station is right next to the building. The host was very responsive — I really enjoyed my stay!

- beautiful place (better than photos) - everything you need is in the place: washing machine, dishwasher, etc. - perfectly located place (lots of restaurants nearby, 3 mn walk to the Galata tower although very peaceful quiet charming district) - very clear and organised instructions for check-in and life in the flat - terrace with a garden and quiet charming street view was perfect in the morning for coffee and at night for dinner and wine

Latife is a great host – very friendly and welcoming. She greeted us personally and even baked a cake for us, which was such a lovely gesture. The amenities were just as described and matched the photos perfectly. Since the building doesn’t have an elevator, carrying heavy luggage up to the third floor can be a bit of a challenge. The apartment itself is cozy, with classic wooden floors which are a bit creaky. We had a great stay - thank you for hosting us!

The apartment was great, and the hosts were kind and very responsive. Walkable area near restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store. All instructions were very clear - they even sent details and local recommendations in advance. Thank you!!!

I liked everything, everything is as advertised. The availability of underground parking was more than relevant for us. Nearby there are coffee shops, bakeries....on weekends there was a bazaar). Taksim Square is a short walk away, but the descents and climbs add distance. The host of the apartment provided all the necessary information, so we got there and checked in without any problems. And in general, I constantly asked if everything was fine and if we needed anything else...which could not but please

I had a very nice stay with this host. The guys there are wonderful and responsive. They speak fluent English so you don't have any communication problems. The hotel is close to tram T1 and the Blue Mosque is just a 10-minute walk. I had a problem and Mr. Ero saved my life. The team is super nice, I highly recommend The hotel is clean and cute, there are restaurants and taxis

I stayed here for about a week to have some holidays with my family. It was one of my best stays in the past years. The place is great in every aspect, with more than you need to have a nice stay. The neighbourhood is full of hotels, restaurants, bars. In a few minutes, you can also get into some of the touristic parts of the city. I was a bit worried about the noise before my stay, however, to my standards, it was very fine, even during the weekends. I will consider staying here next time if I travel to Istanbul!

The house was exactly the same as in the images, we did not encounter any problems, we were very satisfied, it is a very comfortable house especially for families. We were able to communicate with Mr. Sinan whenever we wanted, thank you very much.

The location was perfect, close to key attractions, public transport, and some great local restaurants. What really stood out, though, was the Ksenia the host. She was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From offering local tips to making sure I was comfortable, their hospitality made all the difference. I felt well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The apartment was well-stocked with everything from fresh towels to a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to feel at home. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the place was peaceful and quiet—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay again.

I had to move out from a property as soon as possible and Adam was very quick in replying and helping me move into the property. The property is very security based and private and the house was lovely. Will go back on my next visit.

Simply the best place I’ve ever stayed in Istanbul — and I’ve been coming every year. Most Airbnbs in the city tend to be a bit worn-out, with no elevator, outdated furniture, poorly equipped kitchens, or not-so-clean spaces. So I was truly impressed when I stepped into this apartment. Everything is top-notch: stylish and high-quality furniture, super clean and spacious, with two restrooms and a large, comfortable shower. The kitchen is fully equipped, the sofas are big and cozy, and there’s a lovely veranda that connects to all rooms, letting in tons of sunlight. The apartment is also fully automated, which is a great plus. It’s located very close to Taksim Square, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The building itself is perfect — modern, extremely safe, and beautifully maintained. There’s a gym, a pool, and plenty of indoor parking space. The staff is friendly, professional, and always available. There’s even a café in the building. Amazing place.

Apartment as shown in the photos. Great for groups of 6. Three bedrooms and two new bathrooms; a living room and large kitchen. The upstairs terrace is great for relaxing in the sun. There were a few shortcomings in the house that were promptly addressed by the timely intervention of the host. In general, the location is good, although the climb that leads from the apartment to Piazza taksim for those with serious mobility difficulties can be uncomfortable, so just pay attention to this. Elevators, water and electricity always working perfectly. The apartment is on the border between the new area of taksim and a slightly more popular area but this does not create any problem as the area is, in general, super safe both day and night. Some noise from the street (istanbul, in general is chaotic) but the top floor and soundproofing of the windows mitigated this aspect. Ask the host for tips on where to go, transportation, etc..., it will always help you 360°.

Clean, cozy, and well-located apartment that made our stay in Istanbul so comfortable. Everything was smooth, and Melike was super helpful along the way. Highly recommend!

everything clean and nice, Furkan great host . the apartment very good, luxurious, Furkan the right person ,trustworthy, he interested in his job. the apartment spacious for 4-5 people but no more, as I stayed there one day and then we found a larger apartment for 7 people.

The house was really tidy and the design was very nice. It was very clean and hygienic. We had no trouble checking in. The host had given the necessary instructions without checking in and we were able to check in quickly. Being in the residence was also important in terms of safety and having indoor parking. Only because there was new construction around it, the wayways were broken. While we saw that these roads were open when using the navigation, some of the roads were closed. But you can easily come from the highway with a direct connection. Apart from that, the terrace is beautiful, but the sound of the city can be heard, while the glass and balcony door are open, apart from that, when the windows are closed, there is no noise in the house. We were satisfied. Thank you to the host.

The place itself was amazing—just as described and exactly like the photos. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. For anyone traveling to Istanbul by car, this location is ideal since it offers free parking right behind the building. The host was incredibly responsive, available almost 24/7, and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed—he truly cared about our comfort. Everything was perfect, especially the hospitality. Highly, highly recommended!
