You'll love my house because it has a terrace, private pool, and a bedroom with a bathroom on the ground floor that will allow you to bring older adults or those with some motor impairment. It is located one block from the shopping center in front of the hotel zone; you can walk to the beach, and there are several convenience stores and an 8 km bike path very close by. My house is family-friendly and the condominium is very quiet, so parties are not allowed and the rules are strict in that regard.

You can also enjoy nearby beach hotels' amenities with a minimum consumption fee and nearby restaurants for a delicious dinner. It is located 15 mins from the airport and 10 min from down town and the local market.

The condo has a palapa, pool, children's pool, jacuzzi and lounge chairs. The house has a private terrace with a table, chairs and a umbrella. All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV, such as the living room. There is also a washing machine, a dryer and a small drying rack. The house has full kitchen. WiFi is exclusive for the house.
