The house under the Walnut is a detached building by the stream at the end of the garden of the family house (about 100m) with a separate access. The location guarantees maximum privacy and views of the beauty of Malá and Veľká Fatra. With us, you will experience real darkness and silence at night, which you are certainly not used to from the urban environment. You can enjoy your time with us by hiking and cycling, or just passively "relax and barbecue on the terrace of the house. For children there is a slide, swings and lots of toys.

The cottage under the Kvačany forest is located outside the village of Kvačany (Liptovský Mikuláš district) near the forest and the stream. The cottage accommodates 12 people in 3 bedrooms. The accommodation is only available for you. Outside there is a fireplace, gazebo, outdoor seating, outdoor fireplace, terrace, cauldron, swing, grill and hot tub. There is a playground, children's corner, toys, high chair, crib, trampoline, monkey bars, slide, sandpit and children's swing. Parking is available for 4 cars at the property.

The slope to Nová Hoľa is about 500m away, Záhradište about 700m, fairy-tale HABAKUKY about 300m, everywhere you can walk.

Uvnitř jsou kamna na dřevo, která vytvářejí příjemnou atmosféru. Ideální místo pro odpočinek, turistiku a ticho hor. Hosté mohou využívat i stodolu, sklepní bar a letní terasu na Palčovce.
