A cozy brick house, 15 minutes walk from the center of Zlín, is located in a unique and very quiet location of the First Republic houses, which were built by Tomáš and J.A. Baťa. The space is renovated, stylishly furnished and surrounded by a beautiful garden with a view of the surroundings. For relaxation, there is a terrace with a French window on the ground floor and a terrace on the 1st floor, where you can relax on an outdoor bed. The genus loci was taken care of by architects, designers.

Z tohoto ubytování ve středu dění budete mít snadný přístup ke všem zajímavým místům. Během grilování v podvečer osvítí západní sluníčko terasu před naším domečkem, kdy uplatní své gastronomické dovednosti nejeden gurmán.
