It's a very comfortable, spacious and nice place, right in the heart of Guatemala City. It has a great view because it's located in the 11th floor. You can find different restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, shops and touristic places nearby. It has a queen bed, sofa bed, another huge sofa, bathroom with hot water, washer and dryer machine, dining room, a desk where you can work on your computer, Wi-Fi, NETFLIX, HBO and cable TV. There is an EcoFilter for water and a fan. IT INCLUDES PARKING.

A comfy new studio in the hip part of town, a walkable neighborhood in the culture district. It’s surrounded by excellent restaurants, cafe's, galleries, murals. 10 min from downtown, easy access to taxi's, trans metro and bike paths. Close to airport. Fully equipped, w/ balcony and gorgeous city views, blackout shades. Rooftop garden and gym. Does not include free parking. Good for solo, couples and business travel. The weekends can sometimes be noisy from the clubs in the neighborhood.

Ubicada en Zona 16 a pasos de Cayala. Casa hermosa, tiene excelentes vistas al area de Cayala, la Ciudad y Volcanes y pronto Embajada Americana en una zona exclusiva. Adicionalmente es vivir en la ciudad pero rodeado de naturaleza ya que da a una reserva boscosa. La casa es fresca y muy acogedora con espacios integrados a la naturaleza y una excelente altura e iluminacion. We stayed at their place for two nights . We have been travelling for two and half months . This place was home away from home . Beautifully decorated. All the amenities which one would need during vacation or during long travel . Most importantly the hosts are always available to communicate. We requested for early check in and late check out . They were gracious enough to say yes to our request . Wish we had more time to enjoy the place , Sip morning coffee and listen to chirping birds . Hope we come back some day . I really liked the house, it was close to what we needed, shopping center, bank, restaurants, cafe, bakery, supermarket. A little traffic but it was very useful, a spacious house, I think it would be perfect if it had air conditioning but the rest was fine. The power went out a couple of times, but I think it's normal there. Mr. Jose always responded in time, thank you. I think we'll be back
