Beide Zimmer sind mit hochwertigen Boxspringbetten 220 x 200cm ausgestattet. Das BnB bietet eigene Eingänge, Bäder. Das self-service Frühstück ist einfach (Kaffee, Tee, Saft, Toast, Käse, Joghurt, Cerealien, etc.). Es kann im unbeheizten Vorraum zubereitet und im Zimmer eingenommen werden. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, die Busstation ist 1 Km entfernt.

The "Alte Trotte" is located between "Seestrasse" and Lake Zurich (guests can use private access to the lake). Close to the railway station. Parking is included.

All utilities included, 3 min with the bus to the nearest train station and 20min to Zürich. Furnished with a queen size bed (160 x 200) in the main bedroom and a vertical bed (150 x 200), maximum space for 4 people. Easy walking distance to stores, restaurants and public transportation.

The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and we are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.
