The apartment occupies the ground floor of the building, has a separate entrance and exit to the garden. It can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment is located in Wilkanów. We are only 4 km away from Zielona Góra (10 minutes by car to the center). The proximity of the bypass provides quick and convenient access for people travelling on the S3 route and the A2 motorway.

The apartment is 35m2 and is located on the 2nd floor with an elevator. The building is located in the very center of the city, from where you can easily reach most attractions. On the street next to it is a small grocery store where you can buy the most necessary products. Accommodation is a studio apartment with a comfortable double bed 150x200 cm with a large wardrobe that can accommodate your belongings for a longer stay, and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower and washer dryer.

Welcome to our home with a garden. Downstairs we have a living room with fireplace, dining room with large table, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub. In the attic there is one large room and a bathroom with shower. The house is located in a quiet area, near the lake Rusałka, 6 km from the center, 300 m from the bus stop. Bikes are available. In the garden you can relax on the terrace and make barbecue. There's a sandbox and a treehouse. Parking for 2 cars. WIFI available.

Comfortable, modern apartment for 2 people, in a charming and quiet district of Wilda, close to the center: Main Railway Station - 10 min.; Stary Browar - 10 min walk; Stary Rynek - 25 min. The apartment is fully equipped because I live there myself:) perfect for short tourist and business stays.
