Nice 1 bedroom, one bath condo in safe, middle class neighborhood. Off street private parking. Low traffic neighborhood conducive for walking. Lots of shade throughout the property. WiFi. Netflix, HBO MAX and HD cable with 48" TV. Recently furnished and painted. Individual built-in wall heaters. Lots of shade and built on a concrete slab, house stays cool in summer. Owner lives on property and can help with special requests. Weekly and monthly discounts. This is a totally private living space.

Kalmia Cottage is a private 550 sq ft condo and you don't share any part of the cottage or yard. It has a living room, one bedroom, eat-in kitchen & bath. Also a fenced in yard and patio with BBQ grill . It sleeps 4 with a queen bed in the one bedroom and a full futon in the living room. There is Dish TV and free wifi. The Cottage is very tastefully decorated and has all linens. The fully stocked kitchen has full size appliances and all dishes, pans and small appliances, and washer/dryer.

Comfortable hillside retreat 2 miles south of UO

Relax at this sunny hillside retreat near the U of O, shopping and dining. The new front deck features shades, patio furniture, a fire pit and grill. Pets are welcome. There is a screened-in patio and an outdoor space in back. The sofa in the living room folds out into a queen bed with a memory foam mattress. The main bedroom has a comfortable king bed with a pillow top. Full and twin beds in the second bedroom. New in 2023, there are now window air conditioners in both bedrooms. Please enjoy!
