Nice cottage/farmhouse with private parking

Here, you can stay close to nature with open landscapes and nice views. The cottage is completely renovated in 2021 so you get top notch kitchen and bathroom and nice finishes along with the atmosphere of a 19th century house. You live 30 km from Skellefteå in the village of Mjövattnet with about 200 residents. You have cozy little roads around and the nice Bureälven about 500 m away. The cottage is about 50 m from our dwelling house but is still secluded with its own car park and engine heater. There are ski tracks with electric lighting, football pitches etc. nearby.

Nice nature with great opportunities for forest walks, berry picking and swimming at private beach. Skellefteå has 16 hiking trails around the municipality to experience. Here you live quietly and peacefully ten minutes from Umeå. Own house 40 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. I Sörmjöle, 3 mil från Umeå, hittar du en charmig vit stuga med utsikt över havet. Följ stigen till vattnet så hittar du en grillplats. Två stora altaner i olika väderstreck och- kamin samt vedeldad bastu finns. Viss ved ingår. Fullt utrustat kök. Okt - april ryms 5-6 personer: sov två i varje säng samt nyttja soffa och ev. extra madrass. Maj- sep ryms 7-8 personer; Som ovan samt att två sover i gäststugan. I området finns härliga badstränder och vintertid kan du se norrsken om du har tur.
