Our place is a great base from which to explore the stunning beaches and beautiful countryside of Cornwall. Please note that bookings are for accommodation only. The on-site facilities are not available, except the licensed restaurant and the children's outdoor playground; our prices reflect this.

Large Cottage Overlooking Fields, Hills & Sea

Our old cottage is full of character & sun and though very spacious is incredibly cosy whether for 2 or 8! The cottage has been home to our family for 21 years. It is a place to totally relax, it's a place of utter timelessness, a place of fun, laughter and long, animated conversations round the large, extending circular table or outside in our large sunny garden with its warm swim-spa. There's a field for family games and a further 2 acres that we co-own to explore, which has a tennis court .

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This is a 3 bedroom lodge with decking. It has 2 bathrooms with direct access to south west coast path and short walk into Bude and it’s fantastic beachside facilities set on Bude holiday resort, you will find on-site heated outdoor pool and bar/restaurant, plus a children’s play park. There is no additional charge to use the on-site facilities. Please note that guests need to bring own bedlinen and towels.

The Old Vicarage is a fantastic holiday house with an emphasis on that "home" feel. The mixture of period features, hand picked antiques and modern touches hopefully make the Old Vicarage a unique experience. We have recently added an outdoors wellness area (log cabin sauna, hot tub and plunge pool) for you to enjoy after a hard day of relaxing. You also have the option of enjoying the self-enclosed gardens, walking the half mile down to Porth Beach or simply relaxing in the orangery.
