This flat is located in the residential and exclusive area of Saint Barnabé. You can reach Vieux Port in less than 20minutes door to door thanks to metro line 1. Possibility of parking too. Very well connected by car and in 20 minutes you can be in Cassis and Calanques of Marseille. Facing the mountain ranges that surround Marseille, this 75 m2 house on 2 levels allows you to get away from the hustle and bustle of Marseille while remaining connected to the city center with all the available transport located nearby. No problem parking, it is possible to enjoy Marseille (with or without a car) and its surroundings (Cassis, La Ciotat, Bandol, Aix-en-Provence, etc.).

Detached 32 m2 ground floor studio of our house. An equipped kitchen, dining area, sleeping area, living area, a shower room and a southeast terrace. A 160 cm wide bed. The sofa can exceptionally be an extra bed for a child under 10 years old, but not for an adult. The studio is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac 250 meters from the Saint Barnabé metro station (10 minutes from the Old Port - 15 minutes from the train station) Easy parking in front of the house.

Longchamp air-conditioned studio

In a small quiet street perpendicular to Boulevard Longchamp, I rent my 30 m2 studio with balcony. Its location is ideal less than a 10-minute walk to the train station and an 8-minute drive to the Autoroute du Soleil. Large supermarket on the corner and parking spaces. You will be very close to the city center, in a nice and safe neighborhood, with many artists' studios and associative spaces, the Palais Longchamp, its large park and the Museum of Fine Arts.

You will find all the comforts you need for your short or long stay thanks to its bedroom with a 160 X 200 bed, and its living room with a sofa bed. You will also have a washing machine and plenty of storage. The accommodation is located in the Caillols district, close to all amenities, 2 steps from the tram terminus and a supermarket
