It is located 20 minutes' walk from the Corniche and beach as well as the old port city center. Your nights will be under the stars and you will be awakened by the bells of the basilica. A 50 m2 terrace to have your breakfast and meals above the city and the sea. Parties and noise are forbidden between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. as well. Thanks for the neighborhood.

The sofa can exceptionally be an extra bed for a child under 10 years old, but not for an adult. The studio is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac 250 meters from the Saint Barnabé metro station (10 minutes from the Old Port - 15 minutes from the train station) Easy parking in front of the house.
