The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

The apartment is located in a typical alley of the neighborhood: a traboule. Two driveway entrances with the same digicode 151A6 allow you to access it: - 2nd floor of Rue Mottet de Gerando - 4th floor of Rue Bodin. There is a very friendly and respectful neighborhood life. There may be different reasons to stay in Lyon, but when you choose more particularly the hill of the Croix-Rousse it is because you like to walk the urban pavement!
