The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

La Bâtie - La Loge

La loge est un appartement penthouse, rooftop aux prestations haut de gamme. Vous pourrez profiter de 60m2 pour 3 personnes maximum (le troisième couchage est un appoint, canapé lit 1 personne de chez Maison du Monde). La loge est la parfaite alliance du confort et de la tradition: charpente apparente, climatisation, fibre optique et bouquet de chaînes TV, cuisine entièrement équipée, décoration choisie, exposition d’œuvres d’art, terrasse, balcon, parking privé en supplément.

900 sq ft quiet and bright air-conditioned luxury loft, with private parking space. Sandrine - a well-known Lyonnaise interior designer - has entirely redesigned and decorated her apartment. The location is ideal for exploring the city (the metro is 5 minutes’ walk) and the trendy and authentic neighborhood of “la Croix Rousse” has numerous chic or bohemian restaurants, terraces, cafés, and shops and a daily food market. For 2 persons only, parties strictly forbiden.

Charming studio with garden

Drop your luggage in this flea market-style space, and set off to discover the beautiful city of Lyon, thanks to nearby public transport, unless you prefer to start by enjoying the walled garden! The studio has a bathroom with shower and toilet, a desk, an equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, kettle) and a bedroom with dressing area and washing machine, air conditioning, Wi-Fi (fiber). Decor found at the Lyon Flea Market. Coffee, tea and herbal tea available.

Bright loft in Croix-Rousse

You will be charmed by the volume of this apartment, with its stone wall and French ceiling. Furnished in an open space loft style, it can accommodate up to 4 people. Its 3.80 m ceiling height gives it a unique atmosphere. Its architecture is typical of the listed district of Croix-Rousse, a true cradle of the 'Canuts', name of the Lyonnais weaving workers. Located 200 m from the metro, close to the hyper center, you can easily visit the whole city!

LYON2/center/Célestins/Bellecour/Vieux Lyon

One step away from the Célestins theater in the heart of the peninsula in a quiet and warm area, this 50 m2 cocoon will bring you all the comfort, safety and tranquility in a sober and chic atmosphere for this completely new and equipped accommodation! Ideally located close to Old Lyon, the magnificent Basilica of Fourvière, Place Bellecour, the opera house, and the La Part-Dieu shopping center! I will be happy to host you and be at your service!

Family cottage 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, pool terrace

Our 115 m2 air-conditioned gîte is conveniently located in Saint-Cyr-au-Mont-d'Or, just minutes from Lyon by public transport (stop 1 min away). It consists of a 45 m2 living room with an equipped kitchen (cooktop, microwave grill, refrigerator, dishwasher...), 3 bedrooms with TV, private bathroom. From the living room and bedrooms you can access a large terrace, an outdoor 15 x 4 m saltwater pool, many deckchairs and armchairs available.

C'est un plaisir de vous accueillir dans notre charmant cocon. Cet appartement dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un séjour confortable, vous vous y sentirez comme chez vous ! D'une capacité de 4 personnes, dont un coin nuit en duplex, il fait 42 mètres carrés. Machine Nespresso, et Wifi sont inclus ainsi, que les draps et serviettes. I designed and built the tree house to offer you a dreamy break and natural poetry. Built with local and eco-friendly materials, it offers the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Outside, contemplate the view and nature that surround the place, inside, let yourself be surprised by a soft and romantic atmosphere. Breakfast is served directly at the cabin and it is possible to book a board of local products for dinner.

Chez Soufflot - Charming studio at Bellecour

"Chez Soufflot", is a 35 square meter studio, very bright, on the peaceful courtyard of an eighteenth century building. It is located between Bellecour and Vieux Lyon, in the heart of the Presqu'île. We live close by so we can welcome you, and advise you secret itineraries and restaurants of the city! The "+": We offer you 2 "Velov" cards for free and free biking around the city.
