Holiday rentals with a patio in 4th arrondissement

The villa was lovely and very comfortable for our group of six. It was an easy walk from the villa to the harbor. Our host greeted us when we arrived and made sure we were comfortable. He responded quickly to our questions. We were fortunate to find such a wonderful place to spend a few days in Cassis.

Logement fidèle à la description. La terrasse cosy est vraiment un plus au séjour. Hôtes réactifs et accueillants.

Logement correspondant à l'annonce. Annette nous a reçu en personne, en nous faisant des petites recommandations des choses à faire. Un lit bébé nous a été fourni. Le séjour s'est très bien passé.

Excellent week-end passé dans l'appartement de Pauline. L'emplacement est dans un quartier très vivant, avec plusieurs restaurants et bars, très appréciable. La terasse est chouette et la climatisation est un grand plus. Je recommande

Nous avons réservé le logement de Fanny et Maxime pour 2 nuits pour 5 personnes. Tout était conforme à la description, logement impeccable, le canapé lit est assez confortable. Bien situé, près du cours Julien. Malgré le fait que le logement donne sur la rue, nous n’entendions rien une fois les fenêtres fermées. Le balcon est un petit plus agréable. Il est facile de « refroidir » l’appartement quand il fait chaud en faisant un courant d’air qui traverse l’appartement. Hôtes arrangeants sur l’heure d’arrivée et de départ. Merci à eux ! Je garde l’adresse pour un futur séjour à Marseille.

Konaklama için gayet güzel bir yer. Evin konumu çok iyiydi, Vieux Port’a ulaşım gayet kolaydı. Ev çok temiz ve düzenliydi. Beklentilerimi karşıladı, teşekkür ederim kendisine.

We were made to feel welcome and the accommodation is beautiful. Easy walk into town or to the pool where my daughter was competing. Hope to come back and enjoy this wonderful home

Had a great stay at Kamal’s place which was perfectly suited to our needs with a car park for both our car and trailer. It was easy to find in a quiet, gated estate. The house was spotless and had more than enough space for three of us.

Sehr ruhig gelegene Villa im Grünen, am Ende einer kleinen Einbahnstrasse. Man fühlt sich überhaupt nicht wie in der Nähe einer Stadt. Dank Klimaanlage im gesamten Haus und Pinien ist es im Haus angenehm kühl, wir hatten bereits Ende Mai um 30 Grad Aussentemperatur. Rasche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer Nicolas, sehr zuvorkommend, Tipps für die Umgebung und war für allfällige Fragen rasch kontaktierbar.

The house had a beautifully designed interior, and everything was well provisioned. It was very calming inside. I loved the tall windows and how the kitchen opens up to the garden. We slept very well – the neighborhood was quiet and is very safe. Best of all, the beach is a 10 minute walk away from the house. We enjoyed strolling along the boardwalk from the house. It's all very walkable. Clement was a super generous host as well!

Super séjour, Naïla est adorable et nous a très bien accueilli. Avec la température de Marseille, la cour et la cuisine extérieure sont tellement appréciées. On a pu profiter de la belle piscine pour notre dernière soirée. Ce n'est pas central comme quartier, mais c'est à 15min en auto et 30min en bus du centre de Marseille. C'est le lieu parfait si vous souhaitez relaxer une journée au Airbnb.

We loved staying here. It’s a perfect location in a quiet and beautiful street and close to the harbour. The house was very clean and tidy. Corinne responded promptly to any questions and she was very helpful. There is a lovely outside seating area that is really nice and peaceful. This is an excellent place to stay, and close enough to walk to the harbour in 5 minutes. The broadband is fast!

Logement agréable et propre, nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'espace extérieur qui est au calme et sans vis à vis.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We’ve rented several other apartments in Aix over the years, and this was by far the best. Honestly, the building isn’t much to look at, but the apartment is an absolute gem! The location is unbeatable, the apartment is very well-equipped (it helps to find the hidden kitchen drawers 😂), the (rear) bed is très confortable, the showers are generous and modern. The extra office room was great for relaxing and reading, and the terrace was lovely. Having a fully equipped laundry room was just the cherry on top! All in all, we were very impressed with the apartment, and found it to be the perfect base for our adventures in Provence. I hesitate to recommend it too enthusiastically, because I don’t want to find out that it’s booked before we can stay there again!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine chez Virginie. Le logement est parfait pour 3 adultes, conforme à la description, l'immeuble bien sécurisé. La communication avec Virginie est facile. Je recommande sans problème. Ne passez pas à côté des pizzas de Jaime !

Nous avons séjourné avec nos deux enfants de 4 et 6 ans au 1er étage de la maison et cela a été un vrai bonheur! Accès a la mer en 10 secondes chrono, sur un immense plage magnifique et très familiale, maison confortable avec vue sur la mer en continu, étage refait avec originalité et gout très agréable vivre, et une hôte super aidante sympathique et disponible! Je recommande absolument!

We loved are stay in Marseille! The apartment was very clean and the we had every amenity we needed. The place was centrally located with easy access to the Old Port and beyond.
