We had a great monthlong stay! The place was well appointed and completely stocked with everything needed and more. We were offered free weekly cleanings, tho we only accepted one time. That was quite unexpected and generous, very helpful to clean up our initial mess. Very centrally located for food and drinks, shops, and transportation. Attila offered helpful tips on events, eateries and the like. Just walk a few steps for everything.

Minden a megbeszéltek szerint történt. András mindig azonnal a válaszolt a kérdéseinkre. A házban minden rendben volta. A medence az udvaron nagyon jó volt. Nagyon tetszett hogy tényleg privát nem lat szomszéd a házra grill szuper. Mi szülinapot tartottunk es minden nagyon élveztünk. Augusztusba vissza térünk egy hétvégére ismét.

maria was an amazing host. when we arrived she showed us around and told us how to get to aldi but she was going herself so she took us with her. Maria was very friendly and kept in touch on our arrival date and responded to our messages within 10 mins. would definitely recommend for a nice, peaceful and relaxing break.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was always in touch and responded quickly to any questions we had during check-in and our stay. He also took the time to tell us about the house and its interior, which was both interesting and helpful. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and stable, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. One of the highlights was the barbecue — we mentioned we wanted to cook outside, and the host kindly provided his personal grill along with everything we needed (charcoal, a gas lighter, and more). It made us feel truly at home, like we were visiting an old friend. The house is located right next to a forest, so you may occasionally notice insects around. However, the host pays great attention to cleanliness and comfort, so we were barely bothered by them during our stay. Thank you again for your hospitality and for such a cozy and welcoming place. We’d love to come back again!

The villa looked just like the pictures . We were a group of 14 ladies on a wellness retreat and the sleeping arrangements, the kitchen facilities , spa area , outdoor space for exercising were perfect . Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt. Die Lage ist fantastisch, die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden und man erreicht zudem zu Fuß tolle Cafés, Restaurants und die Donau. Auch unser Sohn hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt und wir konnten unseren Familienalltag dank Kinderhochstuhl und kinderfreundlicher Einrichtung bestens gestalten. Natürlich hört man die Straße und die Straßenbahn, aber das wussten wir bereits aus anderen Bewertungen und hatten keine Probleme damit. Die Kommunikation mit Alexa war sehr einfach, nett und schnell. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

The location is perfect. The view of the Basilica from the bay window is spectacular. You are in the middle of all the action and walking distance from most places. The apartment is spacious for two people. The building is very old, so it is going to have "character". Be prepared for it. It was very helpful to have Kata let us in and gives us the tips for elevator, common lights, washer, heater, external window blinds, gas range, etc. But, everything works. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and dishes. Kata really cares that you have a great time. She was prompt with replies. Had lots of suggestions. Went out of her way to check availability of night river cruise. She is a top host.

Super séjour à Budapest ! Le logement est proche de la basilique saint Étienne (monument incroyable par sa grandeur, à visiter), bars et restaurants à proximité Il n’est pas localisé dans un quartier trop festif, vous pourrez donc profiter du calme du quartier pour vous reposer.

We loved our stay at Basilica Apartments. The location is truly amazing. Soo close to everything. We parked our car, which was also super close. (If you are coming by car just drive past the apartment and takes the ramp down to Basilica Carpark. Get the two day special or if staying longer get the week stay special. The staff there were amazing, friendly and so helpful.) We then walked to everything, even across too Budda to tour the castle. But if walking is not your thing then the subway and bus are less than 100meters. The river iS a 10 minute walk. So many great restaurants in the locality. Lidl a short walk away and the Basilica was 2minutes walk. When we come to Budapest again we will come and stay here again.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Wohnung liegt super, sehr zentral. Man kann alles zu Fuß unternehmen, ist sehr dicht an der Metro und braucht kein Auto. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und hell, wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Spacious, spotlessly clean apartment in a superb location. The street is full of restaurants, there’s a supermarket a minute away, and a lot of tourist stuff is easy to walk to. It’s an easy find from the airport bus, a bit harder from the main station. The only thing we didn’t like about the apartment was the steep 27-step climb after the elevator. Wouldn’t bother most people but for us in our sixties it was tough with luggage, so be warned.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und in der Gegend gibt es schöne Bars und Restaurants. Wir konnten spontan schon früher einchecken. Die Wohnung war sauber und echt schön!

Beautiful space. I immediately felt at home, comfortable, and safe. Csenge was very helpful, even arranged a Bolt from the airport for me. Very easy. I would definitely stay here again!

Staying at István’s place was a great addition to my time in Budapest. He is a very reliable and accommodating host, and I would definitely consider staying with him again on a future visit to the city.

Vreau să îți mulțumesc din suflet pentru găzduire! M-am simțit foarte bine în timpul șederii – locul a fost curat, confortabil și exact ca în descriere. Atmosfera a fost liniștită, iar locația perfectă pentru a explora orașul. Mulțumesc și pentru ospitalitate și pentru atenția la detalii – a făcut toată experiența și mai plăcută. Cu siguranță aș reveni cu drag și recomand cu încredere și altora!

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr zentral gelegen. Direkt in der Nähe findet ihr viele tolle Restaurants. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation hat immer super funktioniert - wir haben nie länger als 10 Minuten auf eine Antwort gewartet. Wir würden gerne immer wieder kommen. :)

Evelin's apartment was very spacious, elegant and full of light. The bed was quite comfortable, and having TWO bathrooms (one with tub and another with a shower) was such a luxury. The apartment was quiet and felt very private. The kitchen was well appointed, and there are nearby grocery stores and delicious restaurants. We used Uber to get around in Budapest (super convenient and affordable), but public transportation was close by that we could have used. Evelin was very accommodating, and communication with her was quick and easy. Checkin instructions were clear and easy to follow. I highly recommend Evelin's place, and would definitely stay there again if I have the opportunity.

The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the Basilica. The flat is in an old building (as most in this area are), not much of a natural light in it, but clean and had everything you need for a stay, even a coffee. Communication with Annamaria was extremely smooth, explained every detail and responded quickly on questions.
