It is on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator, which allows it to be perched without the hustle and bustle of the city. As soon as you leave the building, you will face the sailboats of the Old Port, ideal for exploring the city. The metro, bus and sea shuttles are a 2-minute walk away and provide access to all the wonders of the city.

It is only 5 minutes from the sea, located on the corniche between the Catalan,Prophet and Prado Beach. There is wifi. There is no television or Parking Space provided. Please note that the studio is next to a house that is rented to a business mon- friday you may hear people entering through the front gate between 8:30- 10:00 am.
