La Cannebière is within walking distance, where you can find many shops and boutiques. You will also find many restaurants around the apartment.

There are all the amenities around. Bus (83) is at the foot of the building towards the Old Port or the Prado. Bus 82s from Les Catalans will take you to St Charles train station (and vice versa). Chic gastronomic side: Le Peron, L'épuisette, Passedat. And enjoy the beautiful sunsets!

Nice and cozy house a one minute walk to the sea. It has a large terrace, sea view. It consists of three bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet and bathtub and on the upper floor a small shower room with sink and toilet. On the ground floor, there is the cloakroom but also a large space for a stroller or several bikes. We have lived in this house for 12 years and we have taken care of the decoration in order to feel good there.
