Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in 8th arrondissement

Although our stay in this house was only related to a business trip and we spent most of our time at work, I must admit that the rented apartment met all our expectations – and even exceeded them. After long working hours, we were happy to return to a quiet, clean and comfortable interior. The house was well heated, the beds were very comfortable, and the fast internet and desks allowed me to easily complete some duties remotely. The quiet neighborhood was conducive to rest and concentration – exactly what we needed after an intense day. I also appreciate the hosts' attention to detail – basic kitchen equipment, fresh towels, a coffee machine, and even some useful information about the area – all this made us feel more at home than in an "accommodation". I definitely recommend this house not only to tourists, but also to business travelers. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to return.

We had a very good weekend in this accommodation. The people are welcoming and available to the customer if needed. We highly recommend this place whether for its cleanliness, its amenities or its geographical area (located a few minutes from Lyon with public transport 200 meters away).

the hosts are super friendly and welcoming, the place is quiet, the accommodation is nice and the terrace seems nice when it's nice and warm. Be careful with the table, it's quite heavy. I recommend it for a couple on holiday or a pro on the go.

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

Martini’s place was perfect for us. Easy to get to by public transport from Lyon Part-Dieu. Martinez’s rep Tina was lovely and came to rescue us when we accidentally went to the wrong building. The apartment was lovely and we ate there each night. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes rack so even though there was a dryer we didn’t need it. Martine was prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended. Thank you Martine and Tina!

Since I couldn't figure out the check-in, Elonie came very quickly and helped me. Once I knew how it worked, it was easy. The apartment is beautiful. A large terrace with a small garden completes the picture. 2 bedrooms, each with 1 bathroom, made the stay easier.

This place is amazing, one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. Close to the train station - amazing view, great design.

If I could give 10 stars, I would gladly do so. Aurelie and Sebastien were very kind and helpful. Since we are older and unfamiliar with the area, Aurelie picked us up at the train station, showed us how to buy subway tickets and which routes to take to get to Vieux Lyon. From the Airbnb it's a 5 minute walk to the subway station, and a 7 minutes ride to the center. We wanted to be in a quiet neighborhood, and this place is very quiet. There are very good restaurants within easy walking distance; a supermarket is right around the corner, so are two bakeries. The apartment was just as described, very clean and comfortable. The beds had new mattresses and were extremely comfy! It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. On the morning we left to catch our train to Paris, an Uber driver could not arrive in time to take us to the station. Sebastien and Aurelie drove us to the station to catch our train. Now, that's fantastic service! I highly recommend this place.

A lovely bijou apartment within La Croix Russe district. The apartment was quiet but in a district with lots going on. We came for a concert but loved walking around the district, Le Vieux Lyon and the amazing Tête D’Or Park. Lots of steps in Lyon so you earn the amazing food choices. Laela was a perfect and charming host. Very responsive and friendly.
