It has two exterior bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a large living room with a fireplace and a porch overlooking the river on the upper floor. A kitchen with a dining area and a half bath, with access to the patio and porch, on the ground floor. Great care has been taken with the lighting and comfort. Newly built single-family house 3km from downtown and 5 from the hot springs, with city bus. It is in a very quiet area, has two bedrooms with double beds and an extra sofa bed in the living room.
