Welcome to the wooded Exloo, located on the Hondsrug in Drenthe. We live in the monumental train station of Exloo from 1903, on the NOLS railway line, from Zwolle to Delfzijl. This railway was established in 1899 and closed in 1945. This railway line is now a beautiful hiking trail! Next to our house is a completely detached and brand new renovated house of 2 floors with enough privacy and private entrance for up to 6 people. There is free parking space, and a private terrace in complete privacy.

The Nije Bosrand in Gasselte

This vacation home has recently been completely renovated and thus equipped with every comfort. The house has a lovely spacious garden with lots of privacy and parking space. Inside, you can enjoy a warm bath or light the wood stove comfortably. The forest and two natural swimming lakes are less than 10 minutes' walk away, where you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking and swimming. Since the cottage is on a cozy campsite (De Lente van Drenthe), there are many amenities just around the corner.

En de gaskachel op de foto's is nu vervangen voor een moderne centrale verwarming! Schakel een tandje terug in deze unieke, rustgevende accommodatie. Ons gezellige chalet staat op een rustige plek aan de rand van de camping midden in de bossen. Geheel beschut door bomen geniet je hier van privacy en weids uitzicht! Het is knus, authentiek en sfeervol ingericht.

In a beautiful nature reserve and within walking distance of swimming lakes Gasselterveld/'t Nije Hemelriek, our recently modernized vacation home is located in a quiet bungalow park and offers a lot of privacy with sunny and shady spots. To relax, there is a 3-person massage Jacuzzi under the veranda. The deposit for our house is €250. The area is ideal for peace seekers, hikers, cyclists and mountain bikers. In our beautiful fenced private garden, you will enjoy the many bird species.

Our B&B offers you a spacious apartment (45m2), lockable, on the 1st floor with private entrance. This makes contactless stays possible. Kitchen with 2-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Through the landing, you enter your own bathroom with sinks, shower and toilet. The private entrance is on the ground floor. If you come with 3 or 4 persons, there is a second living/bedroom in the apartment available (25 m2 extra) Pets are allowed only after consultation.

Our little cottage on the Hondsrug

Come and stay in our unique little cottage located in a quiet location in Gasselte on the Hondsrug, Drenthe, bordering the forest, heath and sandy plains of the Drouwenerzand nature reserve. Here you can spend hours hiking, cycling or horseback riding in a wooded area. You are just a stone's throw away from the Drenthe megalithic tombs, the famous swimming lake Nije Hemelriekje, the Adventure Park or the Drouwenerzand Amusement Park. Your horse or dog can come along for a small fee.

Enjoy the beautiful, natural surroundings of this spacious 2-person accommodation. Located on Kniphorst recreation park in the beautiful forests of the Drentse Aa. At the edge of this quiet chalet park is this nice cottage with lots of privacy. Put on your hiking shoes as you walk directly into the woods and heaths from the park. Or grab one of the two bikes that are waiting for you. Under the starry sky, you can light your own fire and have breakfast on the veranda in the morning.

The ground floor is wheelchair friendly. Outside, there is enough space to sit, whether or not in the sun.
