A really nice place to stay. The setting is really amazing!

Beautiful little log cabin on a farm. The hostess was super friendly and greeted us right away and explained everything. The animals that live there are all very tame and most of them can be petted. The bathroom is mainly open, so there are many leaves on the floor, but that didn't bother us at all. It is just all pure nature and apart from the occasional flight noise, it was very quiet and cozy. Although it was a bit chilly, we were able to sit outside by the fire until late at night. The breakfast was magnificent and far too much for two people. We would have liked to eat more. :) Recovery = 100% Romance = 100% Recommendation = 100% Thank you and hopefully see you again sometime:)

I highly recommend this listing! Very nice welcome. Very nice location and very nice layout. Breakfast was a highlight. For the price, it would be nice to be able to check in a little earlier to have a little more time to discover the surrounding area. In all that's fine. Thank you for this offer

We had a very nice time in Matthias‘ log cabin. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail and equipped with everything you need. Matthias explained everything to us very well (heating with wood stove, sauna, etc.) and was also very quickly accessible and accommodating for questions. We highly recommend the place to anyone who wants to have a quiet, relaxing time. We will be happy to come back!

This cozy mountain cabin was exactly what we needed for a relaxing holiday. With extremely beautiful views that melts my heart, gave me the quiet moments I needed to recharge. Spectacular location and space! Roberta was a top notch host and was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. The house is located in the perfect setting as very easy to get around by bus as well as centrally located to the BoBosco trail system. The house has everything and more that you would need for a night or a week! My suggestions to future travelers would be to grab your groceries in Tenero before coming up the Valley as the local store, while really wonderful, was not very big. Thank you Roberta for a wonderful stay! Grazie!

We had a wonderful time in Clelia's little cottage. Absolute tranquility, beautiful surroundings, a cozy ambiance, simple furnishings but enough of everything. The contact with Clelia was very pleasant.

Nanou is a very friendly hostess, we were warmly welcomed. The accommodation in 650 meters at the height of Mielin corresponds exactly to the description. It offers good activities depending on the season and weather. There are shopping facilities in the nearby towns about 20 km away and a small supermarket in Servance about 5 km away. It's cozy. The hut offers everything you need to slow down and enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The boccia court made our time together there more enjoyable. With the best French hits, and a few snacks as well as this view, these are memories for eternity. Thank you Nanou, for the wonderful time and see you soon!

The house is in a perfect, quiet location, close to many walks, on foot you can reach many really nice places like the horrors. The interior of the house, all made of wood, is very nice. If you love tranquility, it is the perfect place. I needed Alberto for information and he was ready and accurate. We had a quiet and very relaxing vacation. Highly recommended.

Amazing place to stay with jaw dropping views!! Nick and his team were lovely and quick to respond even late at night 🫶🏽The cabins were very clean and well decorated. One thing that stood out was the blinds and the bug screen! Would definitely recommend it everyone!!

We had some great days in the beautiful rustico of Raissa. If you are looking for peace, solitude, great swimming and seclusion, this is the place to be.

We were able to enjoy our vacation in the cabin very much. It offers all that is needed for a cozy, quiet vacation. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts and Jeannette and Toni were always available for any questions or concerns.

Staying in this house is like a gift to me – it is an experienced piece of home away from home. We will come back :)

If you are fit and looking for basic, off the beaten track, traditional & peaceful with stunning views this will surpass your expectations. Comfy bed, hot shower, forget the hairdryer, cook on the hob or bbq, buy groceries before you arrive, walk to the dairy amidst flower meadows to buy cheese & milk, enjoy cows with bells, marmots, deer, endless butterflies, the mountain views and walks. I loved the swing! Take walking boots, comfy slippers and a good book. I cried when we had to leave, it was just so beautiful.........a real gem. Gianni was kind and friendly and his place had a simple family warmth to it.

It was a dreamlike experience - truly a place I could only dream about. Absolutely private, silent, and secluded - we spent New Year's Eve there and didn’t see a single person around. The views, the silence, the mountains - everything was perfect. The hosts, Joe and Kya, were amazing. Super friendly, helpful, and responsive. They even helped carry our belongings up the mountain before check-in and back to the car on the morning of January 1st (!). Such kind people! I cannot fail to mention the heartwarming welcome pack with food, sweets, wine, and even treats for our dog, which made us feel so welcome. Even though we visited early in the season, we had so much fun sledding, hiking (with our dog everywhere), relaxing in the cozy house, and enjoying the sauna - followed by jumping into the snow afterward. So you have a lot to do :) Highly recommend it to anyone looking to escape the hustle and truly enjoy the mountains!

Absolutely beautiful location, when we arrived the goats and alpacas were besides our cabin to greet us. It was such a surreal experience, the views were insane, the sound of the water and wildlife, honestly it was a bucket list experience for us. The cabin was spotlessly clean, the hosts were very helpful, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We will be back that’s for sure. Added bonus is it’s easily accessible off the bus route. Lovely local surroundings - if you visit check out the suspension bridge nearby.

Markus’ cabin is a peaceful retreat in the mountains. We loved having our meals on the balcony with that incredible view! WOW! The drive to the cabin is a fun adventure! We really appreciated Markus’ suggestions for hikes. We especially loved the Bisse du Ro and the Gala Gorge (hike along the Gala River above Leukerbad). Also, Buljes restaurant on the Gorge hike is a treat. The setting is incredible and food very good! Don’t miss that hike! The Valais area is a very special place in the world—old hill towns, spectacular scenery, and kind people. The hiking is endless! Loved being there!
