Die Fassade des Hauses wurde nach der traditionellen japanischen Yakisugi-Methode erbaut. Im Innenbereich schaffen die Holzwände/-decken ein angenehmes Raumklima. Die 70m² Wohnfläche sind offen gestaltet und über zwei Stockwerke verteilt. Im oberen Stockwerk befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Panoramafenster und grosszügiger Terrasse/Balkon (20m²) mit Sicht auf den See.

Large living room with 2 (bed)sofas, 2 small bedrooms with 2 beds each, kitchen, bathroom, balcony with magnificent views. We live on the lower floor, a retired couple. Babies and children are very welcome! In summer, Lake Hallwil invites you to bathe. Non-smoking house, balcony included.
