The house is from 1935, so the apartment has patina and charm and is located in a quiet residential area. There is a private entrance, kitchen with most things and bathroom with large shower. There is underfloor heating and plenty of space in the room and hallway areas, etc. Walking distance to the university and the city center and a few minutes to buses on Viborgvej and Ringgaden. If you come by car, there is free parking.

Ikke langt fra lejligheden finder i Marselisborgsskoven, Dyreparken, Lystbådshavnen, Tivoli, den famøse Jægergårdsgade med lækre restauranter og en masse shoppingmuligheder i området. En lille udfordring: Kan i finde alle de 42 dyrefigurer, som er placeret rundt omkring i lejligheden. Nogle kravler og nogle flyver, men bare rolig de bider ikke.

Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Room 1: Small double bed (140 cm) Room 2: Two built-in single beds and one junior bed Room 3: Two bunk beds, or convert the lower bunks into a double bed with two single beds on top. You will find the mattress for the double bed stored in the cabins under the beds.

Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.
