The well appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 meters to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for the family with 2-3 children. Year-round, you can bathe in the “Svenskerhull” ml. Roneklint and the small nice island of Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is made for beautiful walks – and bike rides.

Here is a very special atmosphere and the house is great whether you want to have fun with family and friends, come to enjoy the tranquility and the wonderful landscape or want to sit concentrated with some work. You can always find shelter just around the house where the sun is from the time it rises until the evening falls. You can go down for a swim in just a few minutes.
