Waterfront holiday rentals in Aarhus C

I booked this place for my 3 boys for Christmas. Irma was friendly and quick to respond, and it was easy to get the key from her boyfriend in the same building. The apartment was clean and tidy and everything worked as it should. It's probably best for two people - not three. But for me who wanted to be close to my family in the city, it was a perfect solution.

A very nice accommodation right on the water (only a footpath separates) on two floors (narrow spiral staircase): upstairs armchair, sofa, view of the harbor and the bed, downstairs kitchenette, large table and the bathroom. Everything you need. Good furniture. In the building also an underground car park (very expensive) or a handful of public parking spaces with a 15-minute limit. Cafes, bars and restaurants nearby, but not too loud. Perfect for exploring the city (by bike) or watching the day go by with a view of the water.

Our stay at Christina's apartment was great! We arrived very late but we could check in very easily thanks to Christina's instructions. The apartment is small but well organized and so cozy! Perfect for 2 people. The communication was very smooth and Christina always gave us detailed information. We recommend 100%!

We had a very nice stay in Aarhus. We loved the location in this quite modern part of Aarhus. There is lots to do with restaurants and cafes but also a lot of playgrounds and a perfect place for our son for riding his bike/step. Place is really clean. There is one bedroom (which we didn’t really check out properly) but our son’s bed just fitted near the bed. A water cooker would have made the place complete!

Nice place in a quiet location. We had a good time, you can get to Aarhus very quickly and supermarkets are also nearby. However, it takes about 20 minutes to get to the beach.

We had a couple of lovely days with children and in-laws in Morten's beautiful and spacious apartment - from which there was a fantastic beautiful view of Skanderborg lake - A very cozy, quiet and beautiful little oasis in Skanderborg. We highly recommend this place 😊

Great house and a lovely little garden. The location is absolutely perfect in quiet surroundings. 10 minutes from the center of Aarhus by car. A whole through beautiful little garden. It had not been stated that another part of the property was rented out, but with a separate entrance. In addition, there was a cat who couldn't use the cat's body, and insisted on being let into a private room so it could get food, but it wasn't a big problem. The photo that we fell for of the "garden" is not of the garden but the view from the first floor. The main problem was that there was NO closet space, so we had to live out of our suitcases, so we were just about to give 4 stars. But it's a great house with lots of space and 3 lovely living rooms, will definitely consider this home again. We had an amazing week of half rain and half sunshine.

We‘ve been at Mathias house for the second time and our memories didn’t lie to us. The house was very clean, well equipped and inside and outside very comfortable.

We had a very nice time in Yamira's accommodation. The cozy apartment is located on the edge of the city, Aarhus can be reached in a short time by bike, the beach and a beautiful park are virtually on the doorstep. The street can be heard, but it doesn't bother you too much. For this, you feel right at home in the apartment.

We had a wonderful time at Nicolai's place! Everything was as described, very clean, lovingly furnished and the location - simply fantastic! Unfortunately, we had to arrive a day later because our baby got sick, but thanks to the flexible check-in, that was no problem. And we could go directly to the sea for every nap of our little one and be back with him super fast when he woke up. Perfect for traveling with small children! We definitely fell in love with the location, the tranquility and the accommodation and will be happy to come back! Cornelius & Kateryna

Our spontaneous holiday in Denmark was a single dream! We are incredibly glad to have booked Kasper and Caroline's house. The house is spacious, was now nice and warm in March and we were very lucky with the weather. Everything is available and it was very clean. We didn't miss anything, only the fireplace was a little hard to use, we then left it. The location is mega. Beautifully located, very, very quiet and private. The view has delighted us every day anew, so much nature and views of the sea and the islands. In a few minutes (by car) you can reach a great beach with swimming opportunities and jetty. There are also many beaches and nature in the area that invite you to stay outside. A nice route leads to the interesting city of Aarhus in less than 30 minutes. We did a lot of excursions and were then happy to return to our "home" again. We will be back Communication with Kasper was easy, thank you!

We stayed in Odder during New Year's Eve and had a really wonderful time! Marie was a very kind and welcoming host and gave us lots of helpful hints. The garden, house and being this close to the sea are definitely worth a visit.

We had a great stay at Sofie's house. It's well decorated and really nice to be in. Cozy colors. Sofie has been an exemplary host. Everything was in order and the communication was right in the closet. Huge recommendation from here - I definitely hope that the house is available the next time we are going to Aarhus!

Ulf’s Tiny House is a wonderful Airbnb if you’re looking for something special. Located right by the water in Aarhus Ø, it offers a stunning view of the city skyline. The Tiny House is even more beautifully furnished than in the photos. There’s now a large, very comfortable sofa in the living area, as well as two small tables that are perfect for setting up outside to enjoy dinner with a breathtaking backdrop. Everything was spotless, and the house has everything you might need. Thanks to the large glass front, the house warms up quickly—even on cooler days—as it gets sunlight throughout the day. At night, you can keep the windows open while still locking the door using a clever trick, which keeps the temperature pleasantly cool. We highly recommend the restaurants nearby—especially Tipsy, which we enjoyed so much that we went there three nights in a row! The only downside: even late at night and as early as 5 a.m., people jog past the house, and fishermen drive by with scooters.

I did not meet Hélène but she responded very quickly to all my requests and questions. Her instructions were very clear. The neighborhood is a bit far from the historic center, about 20min walk. However, I consider this new neighborhood to be: proximity to the sea, chic, full of activities. If I went back to Aarhus, without hesitation, I would go back to Hélène's place.

Super apartment at the harbor, nice reception with wine in the fridge, very good communication, very well equipped and especially pleasant is the possibility to enjoy water and Merr on the balcony

We were a family with 2 children aged 1.5 and 5 years. The apartment is large and bright, tastefully decorated and with a large bedroom and playroom for children, which was absolutely perfect for us. There is a fantastic backyard with a playground and a trampoline. Good location in/with walking distance to the city center. Free parking in the parking garage approx. 500 m away, or paid parking just outside the apartment.

a beautiful apartment on the 12th floor with a magnificent view over the harbor and city. perfect for exploring aarhus, hiking on the nearby beaches and forests or just being on site to enjoy the spectacular architecture and its many good cafes and restaurants. jacob is a wonderful and very helpful host.

The flat was really nice and the view incredible our family was totally happy.

Fantastisk location, view and apartment. The only trouble we had was to find the parking spot and figure out how to get to the apartment, after that there was no problems.

We stayed at Charlotte's for the second time within a year. It's the first time that we've stayed at an airbnb twice - that says something in itself - considering how long we've been using airbnb and how often we've visited different locations more than once. In Charlotte's appartment everything feels right. the furnishings, the art, the view (that you never get tired of), the possibility of parking under the building..... The city of Aarhus offers all sorts of amusement and the surrounding area (we were there with our bikes) is amazing! Charlotte is a very involved host. Her reaction to any mail is quick and helpful. We would recommend Charlotte's appartment to anyone who wants to visit Aarhus or the surrounding area. Treat yourself! Book this appartment!

A beautiful apartment overlooking the marina. The light rail passes in front of the apartment but it is the quieter line and is well separated by gardens and a wide walkway etc so we did not feel the rail was intrusive at all. Anita’s apartment was ideal for the marina and easy to walk into the city centre or use public transport. There is a lovely food court, shops, cafes etc at the marina. The apartment was warm and very comfortable and we loved the outdoor balcony space. Would definitely stay again!
