Idyllic cottage located on the water side by Cutting Strand, 8250 Egå rent. The house is 27 m2 with one open space with kitchen, dining area for six people, sofa and fireplace and a loft with sleeping space for three people. From the little house you walk out into a small courtyard with a shower and further into an annex of 12 m2 with a newly renovated bathroom and bedroom with room for two adults and two children. The cottage is situated on a 840 m2 closed natural plot with fireplace. At the end of the road is a child-friendly beach There is approx. 500 meters to the marina where there is a lovely restaurent. Aarhus can be reached by car in 20 minutes. (13 km) or by bus (bus stop 200 m). It is also possible for a lovely bike ride, partly bike path along the water into the city with lots of shopping, cafes, restaurants, museums and other attractions.

Beautiful mini-house in the extension of our own house in a quiet residential area, 250 meters from a nice, child-friendly beach, 20 minutes from Aarhus by car. Slow down in the quiet surroundings and let our tiny house welcome you with warm colors and cozy, quality-conscious decor. There is light and spaciousness with room for singles/couples and small families. The home has a fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. In addition, a nice bathroom with beautiful tiles, underfloor heating and rain shower.

We live outside the village of Hjortshøj on the edge of the forest and close to the highway. Dogs are welcome. Rented with bed linen and towels. Distance to Aarhus 12 km, to public transport 600 m. The cottage is not suitable for long-term stays.

Kaløvig Boatsport is less than one km from the house. In the house there is dining and sleeping space for 4 people.
