In our detached house, we rent our modern studio. The studio is located on the 1st floor, has its own entrance and is completely separate from our living area, except for the common staircase. We attach great importance to sustainability and heat our own home with geothermal energy and generate electricity with our PV system. Experience the special feeling of starting the day with a good conscience. Right next to the house entrance is there is a free parking space.

The studio is furnished with a small kitchen with induction field, Nespresso machine, fridge and a private bathroom.

It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

Das schöne Nacherholungsgebiet Drei Weihern oder Peter & Paul kann man auch gut zu Fuss, mit dem ÖV oder mit dem Velo erkunden! 😀

This pretty 1-room apartment is centrally located on the first floor with a separate entrance, small seating area and private kitchen. It is otherwise used as a practice room. The bathroom is 1 ½ meters away via the hallway. It is for exclusive use. I speak German, English, French and Spanish. I can somehow communicate in Italian.
