Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Aberfeldy

Bryce's place was exactly how it is shown in the pictures, clean bright and home from home. A lovely space to entertain, socialise and enjoy the stunning views of Cairgorm. Bryce is highly responsive to any queries and gave us some great recommendations for exploring the area.

My family and I had the best time at the Blairmount! Paul and Louise were very kind and hospitable, and they explained everything thoroughly, which helped ease the process of our first time traveling to Scotland. The house was perfect, and the area is so beautiful and serene. We enjoyed our stay very much, and we can’t wait to go back.

I have no word that truly captures this place. It is centrally located for folks who want to explore the highlands, lowlands and anywhere in between. The home was SO cozy and Maggie welcomed us like family, sharing her local knowledge of the best places to visit, great scenic routes to get there, and absolutely THE best restaurants around. The home had comfy bedding, a cozy living room complete with wood burning stove for those chilly nights, and a oversized tub to soak away the day. Maggie even had milk and orange juice in the refrigerator waiting for our coffee and tea. The scenery is second to none, surrounded by picturesque hills and a view of the Loch. I could stay here forever.

The cottage was beautiful! Location is peaceful and private. Marianne's instructions to get to the cottage were very helpful and made it easier to find the cottages. The cottages were clean, neat and tidy giving us ample of space to use. The views from the cottage are spectacular even our kitten enjoyed the views! The location was perfect for us to drive around other places in the highlands and discover local areas. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back! Thank you Marianne for the wonderful stay. As a world traveler and an avid Airbnb guest of 11 years, this is one of the very best places I’ve ever stayed in! The apartment is not only well-appointed, clean, and organized, it is warm and cozy! We could have stayed there forever!

The lodge was all new, very well equipped and super clean. The views down the glen are fantastic. It is an easy walk in to Aberfeldy. I would recommend the lodge for a family trip.

What stunning views and such a tranquil location. Loved our stay and hosts were so accommodating when we were a little late and they opened up for our grocery delivery driver! We are a family of four with a dog and loved using the enclosed garden, bbq and fire pit. Beds are comfortable and showers are super. Even the sofa bed is great! Would stay again. Rock Cottage was a great ‘study camp’ for my daughter in the run-up to her exams. The house was immaculate and very much a home from home. The beds were very comfortable. The highlight, though, is outdoors - the wild garden is enchanting and full of bird life - we loved sitting in the sun room watching the swallows outside, followed by the bats at dusk. It’s in a very peaceful location but only a short drive to Kenmore or Aberfeldy for shops and restaurants. We’d love to be back!

This was a work trip and rather than staying in an hotel, I decided to look after myself. That was a great decision as The Burrow was very local to where I needed to be; incredibly well equipped and comfortable and just exactly what I needed. Kathleen communicated brilliantly in the run up to my stay and access to the property could not have been easier. Perfect

We had another highly enjoyable weekend at Swallows Nest, our 2nd short stay at this very peaceful and comfortable property. A home from home, in very beautiful and special surroundings. Already arranging our 3rd visit … :) Highly recommend for a family or couple. Thank you both!

We were very comfortable at Earl and Helen's apartment. It's a terrific space with a great bed, loads of room, and everything you would need. We especially appreciated the washer and dryer and well appointed kitchen. Situated close to several bus lines, it is easy to navigate around Dundee. Great value, clean, safe and quiet, it is everything you could hope for!

Hannah’s place is gorgeous. Very small kitchen, but well laid out and manageable, adequately stocked for our needs Hannah’s description and instructions are clear A lovely touch, a welcome basket of teas, coffee, milk and shortbread. Also shower gel in the bathroom

Lorne’s place was stunning! We were greeted by a colleague who was so friendly and helpful. The place was perfect for 2 people. It was clean, well decorated and stocked with treats for us. We felt right at home. The location was very walkable to a fun neighborhood and about a 15-20 minute walk to the major sights. We couldn’t ask for a better stay in Edinburgh!

Steven’s place is great! It had enough room for our family of 6. The kitchen is well-stocked and it was really fun to sit in the evenings and watch the tourists walking around. I loved going to the Old Mill Bakery in the morning for fresh pastries and the co-op grocer is very close. I highly recommend Steven’s place.

We had a fantastic stay! The flat was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and full of charm. Kelly was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, and everything was perfectly prepared for our arrival. Highly recommend – we’d love to come back!

A fantastic stay had by two families with young children and dogs. A wonderful property in the most amazing location. We had everything in the house we needed and the kayaks and beach access down the hill was fantastic too. Great communication and information from the host. Thank you.

Very comfortable house right in the heart of Newtonmore - was a perfect location for a family winter break. Lots of space with 2 lounges and generously sized bedrooms. Really well equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen in particular plus lots of games and books for the wet days (there were a few!). Off-street parking, nearby co-op shop and responsive hosts made for a stress free and enjoyable stay. We hope to be back!

We stayed with 8 people and we had an amazing time. Great house, lots of space, super cozy. All amenities there that you could think of. We would happily return. Not suitable without a car, in my opinion, but great for hiking and mountain biking. Close to Fort William and its supermarkets and pubs.

Amazing house with lots to do. The room at the top of the spiral stairs was just a bit difficult to get into and out of, with low ceilings, and it gets warm up there. One more bathroom for that number of bedrooms could be nice... but it all worked out. It was pretty close to perfect for our family reunion. And it's great for hide and seek! We recommend it.

This was a perfect place for our large family group to use as a home base to explore the area. The house and yard were great and it had all the comforts of home. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an incredible stay at Elangowan in For Augustus! The property was exceptionally clean, tidy and the decor was amazing. The views from the second floor were breathtaking, and we loved how close we were to the charming town—everything was within walking distance. Our family made wonderful memories here, and we can't recommend this Airbnb highly enough!
