The house is located in the center of a family owned coffee farm since 1920. Very private and safe, pleasant weather year around. Camping in the cool mountains of northern Nicaragua on a working coffee farm. Temperatures range from 14⁰ to 33⁰ Celsius (57-91⁰ F). 8 km north of Matagalpa, 1,100 m (3,600 ft.) elevation with an amazing view of the city. Gazebo at campsite to keep you dry. 2-person tent available for rent with prior notice. 1 mile hike to Selva Negra resort. LGBTQIA+ friendly. Flores Zeledon Apartment, a place of blessing

Apartment, 5 m by 8 m deep, independent entrance, has steps, with bedroom, double bed and nightstand, two single beds, capacity for three people, understanding a couple for double bed and the two single beds for two more people. There is an additional $10 fee for a fourth person, making the total $23 for three adults or children. The fourth person can take a taxi from downtown to the house for $30 per person.

Casa de campo Las Araucarias, the accommodation is on a second floor, it consists of a bedroom and an open kitchen and living room space in which there is a sofa bed and a double mattress. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The best way to get there is in a 4x4 vehicle, as the road is unpaved and slopes.
